Our house is in the heart of a traditional Spanish village, where the locals are friendly and endearing. There are many amenities on the doorstep including 2 supermarkets, petrol & repairs, bars, restaurants, newsagent, pharmacy, dentist, optician, doctor, hairdressers, barber, beauty salon, post office and the traditional church square where many fiestas and celebrations are enjoyed by the locals and holidaymakers alike. Just 20 mins from the coast, 30 from the airport and 40 from Murcia city.

From our initial enquiry about Nic's apartment to the day we left 15 days later Nic was always very helpful (allowing us to book an extra day at short notice due to a change in our travel plans), quick to respond and accommodating. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and comfortable with the added bonus of Las Terrazas being such a safe, secure and peaceful location. Thanks again Nic.

We've been really good. It is very complete and the photos do not disappoint. It is exactly as it looks and the only thing is that the store is a little far to walk if you want to buy a lot, but if you just want to buy something like coffee and such, it is a short walk

Fantastic just, very responsive and helpful. The apartment was beautiful, very clean and tidy and located perfectly. Would definitely book again.

Had a great stay at Ryan's apartment. Highly recommendable. Beautiful place.

The villa was a great space for us - the pool and hot tub were superb and it was well worth paying for the pool to be heated. The kitchen was very well equipped with so many glasses/plates etc. There were plenty of beach towels for use by the pool and lots of loungers/cushions available. Katleen was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to messages.

A sparkling swimming pool is surrounded by palm trees and sunlit landscaped gardens. Two individuals are seen enjoying the water. Adjacent to the pool, a spacious deck is furnished with sun loungers, providing a relaxing atmosphere within a secure and tranquil environment.

White dream

What a lovely place to have as a base for getting out. It always felt like a little "coming home" after a long day. Everything is perfectly fine. If you have any questions, we also got a smooth answer from Maarten and Sophie. It is also nice to the domain that there is continuous surveillance and that there is a shop that is open until late (ideal after a day trip). We arrived around midnight and got help to find the apartment and to find the right lock. Very very nice. Also very nice were the folder that were ready with possible sights. We had already made a schedule but were still picking up some nice ideas. We'd love to go back. Because we weren't allowed to place our domicile there yet. Thank you for being part of a nice holiday.

We had a very nice stay with family. The house was as advertised in the photos, clean and well maintained. Everything was in its place. A quiet and family environment. Raul was very responsive to all our requests. I highly recommend this house. We will return without hesitation during our next visit to the area. Thanks Raul and Belén for hosting us.
