The house's location gives you the opportunity to marvel at the beautiful views of Alcalá del Júcar, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in Spain.

This home breathes tranquility: light the fireplace and relax with family or friends Nestled in the center of the natural park, you can enjoy nature, forests and animals such as deer, gums and mountain goats. Centennial olive trees of the Cornicabra variety are cultivated on this estate, perhaps the best olive tree in the world. It has 2 large bedrooms in attic, a living room with fireplace, a porch, etc.

El Balcón de Riópar Viejo 1

Manicured and cozy farmhouse, to enjoy the silence, located in Riópar Viejo, with wonderful views of the entire valley, from the peak of the Almenara to the Calar del Mundo. Ideal for spending wonderful days of peace and quiet, walking through the natural landscapes of the area, the birth of the Rio Mundo, Almenara, Pino del Toril, Padroncillo, etc. The Balcony of Riópar Viejo consists of two independent but adjoining houses, so groups of 12 guests could stay.

Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. The accommodation with its porch and barbecue is independent and private. It is on a 5000m2 plot, with parking, swimming pool, basketball hoop, Wi-Fi, ... this area is shared with the owner and/or other guests. There are several bathing areas in the Cabriel River, and there are also several springs (all thermal waters, 27 degrees) with their natural pools, as seen in the photos.

The 1st floor has a master bathroom complete with shower, and two master bedrooms, one of them with individual supplement. 2nd floor with 2 double bedrooms (one of them with supplement) and rest area. SMALL PETS ARE ACCEPTED ON THE GROUND FLOOR WHENEVER THEY ARE POLITE.

Country house No. 1 in the mountains of Riópar, Río Mundo

It has a living-dining room with a fireplace, TV, 2 bedrooms with double beds, an equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, etc.), a bathroom, and a terrace with a porch and barbecue. It is glazed. It has heating, bed linens, towels and kitchenware. From there you can go to the source of the Mundo River by a hiking trail without taking the car, which is very nice by the way.
