I had a great time at Amandine’s. The place is incredible. It was super clean and comfortable. It was amazing. Amandine was helpful.

Tamara was such a sweet and responsive host, she made everything seamless from start to finish. The unit was even better in person: super spacious, spotless, and the view was absolutely incredible. We felt right at home with how well-stocked everything was, from toiletries to detergent to coffee. The building amenities were clean and easy to access, and we especially loved the restaurant by the pool, perfect for lazy breakfasts without leaving the property. The staff onsite were warm and welcoming, and we felt completely safe the entire time. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for an amazing stay, Tamara!

Book this place!! you will not regret it. It is amazing. Clementine’s place is very well located with the pool and the sea just a few steps away from the terrace. Across the road you will find a small grocery store, pharmacy, petrol station, restaurants and bakery. We are already planning our trip back and if Black Pearl is available we will stay there without a doubt.

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here. I can’t say enough about this air bnb! Tibo and his father were extremely accommodating about arrival and check out times. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and simultaneously private and peaceful but in the middle of town. Grand Case is a really vibrant and welcoming area with a great food and dance/music culture. We hope to stay here in the future!

Excellent accommodation! Super clean, super well-equipped and decorated, in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes from the airport and close (by car) to many restaurants and activities. Alexandrine is lovely, very helpful and attentive. It was a real pleasure to stay at her place. ❤️ And the private pool, what a joy!

Nina, Kevin, and Melissa were amazing hosts. The villa became our favorite vacation spot we've ever been to. The property is amazing, they take great care of the house and pool. Any small thing you can think of, they had it already prepared. The option to order groceries and other supplies was well worth it, there's nothing better than relaxing poolside with a nice chilled champagne and taking in the sights and sounds of the ocean and the island(s) We plan on returning, and cannot wait to do so!

Coralie was fantastic!!! She sent us directions so detailed that she even counted the speed bumps for us! Her house was in a beautiful location and decorated so wonderfully. It was right on the water and we loved sitting on the porch watching the waves. The pictures dudnt do it justice. it was so calm and serene. Absokutely the best air bnb we have ever stayed in. She even had electric converters on the kitchen table in case we forgot ours. She thought of everything! We so enjoyed our stay here. Even met some fun neighbors to visit with. We just finished our stay at Blue Sanctuary at indigo bay and we absolutely loved every minute of it. The townhouse was perfect for our multigenerational family. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the living spaces were laid out very well. The highlight for us were the two sliding glass walls that open up to allow an open air feel to the first floor and the private pool and patio. Our hosts were incredibly attentive and helpful at all times. Indigo bay was extremely quiet and gorgeous with lovely sand and calm waves. We would definitely love to return to the same property in the future. Most highly recommended!!!

A very modern, beautiful, air bnb. The hosts are very responsive! I could not find the plug adapters, and she was there to help, within a couple of minutes! I asked about a float for the BEAUTIFUL pool; She brought them right over!! The views are breathtaking. It's a perfect spot, VERY reasonably priced! We had a car rental, so we visited so many different beaches, and ate at many wonderful restaurants. Our favorite being Grand Case Beach and eating breakfast AND dinner at Rainbow Cafe. Everything around the island is fairly close and convenient. If we visit St Martin again, we will definitely choose this air bnb! Thank you!

Great appartement, perfectly renovated with a fantastic sea view terrasse where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner. You can easily accommodate a family of 4, and for 2 it is perfect. We will certainly come back.

Terrace with such a beautiful and quiet view that we preferred to cook and dine on our balcony rather than go to the restaurant. Quality dishes and kitchen utensils. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Television with French stations. Adapters for power outlets. Two small grocery stores within walking distance and a well-stocked super U (small formats suitable for short stays) and what about the 3 km beach which is cleaned every day. In summary we had a wonderful week!

Leslie’s house is immaculate and very functional. Great AC and a lovely lap pool to keep you cool. Simpson Bay is serene and so peaceful especially at night! There was some construction happening as this is a newer area I believe- the host did inform us of that. Loved having a cleaner visit throughout the weeks stay. Overall a wonderful place to stay :) we would go back if life allows

The villa was perfect. Beautiful view, upscale and clean. Joy was easy to communicate with and offered help with logistics such as car service private yachts, groceries and private chef service. The private pool off our deck was clean and refreshing We started planning our next trip before this one ended.

This Airbnb was a great value for the price. It was well-maintained, had everything we needed, and the host’s thoughtful touches made the stay that much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet yet convenient spot to stay in the area. It was an overall fantastic experience. We had a very nice stay! The cottage is functional and fully furnished – everything you need is present. The view is truly stunning. Marie is super friendly, approachable and very sweet – we felt welcome right away. The only minor drawback is the patio furniture; it could be a little more comfortable. But otherwise nothing but praise – highly recommended!

Great place, private and extremely peaceful.

awesome location, 3 steps to beach. corals nearby with great snorkeling place right behind the house. clean and convenient, close to all action, with dedicated parking and all amenities you would ever need.

Adventurous and romantic! Exactly what we are looking for! It felt private despite the convenience of having the host nearby. Melissa was wonderful and very helpful. We sat on the patio and watched boats and cars and birds galore! There are some critters on the cliffs, like iguanas, but they won’t bother you. The breeze and air felt wonderful and I loved listening to the waves at night. I am very happy to chose to rent a Suzuki Jimny, as we observed other vehicles without 4x4 getting stuck on some nearby roads. It was exciting to see our cliff AirBnB from the catamaran tour we took. A lot of excursions go out of Bobby’s Marina, which is conveniently nearby and has secure parking for day trips. Trust the journey, the destination is beyond worth it!

Lovely accommodations. We enjoyed our stay. It felt like a high end hotel. The linens were clean and beautiful. I really like nice white sheets on the bed. The view was great and it was quiet and peaceful. The walk to the beach was easy. The kitchen was well equipped.

This place was soo relaxing. The beach is literally right there. We got turned around when we first arrived but once we got to the location, everything was great! We can’t want to come Back

We enjoyed our stay at Encanto. Rakhi was a very informative and she responded quickly to any questions we had. Gordon, the property manager, gave us instructions on the unit when we arrived. Rakhi provided recommendations which were helpful. The condo was very spacious and the balcony was large with a beautiful view. Our favorite restaurant was Palapa which was within walking distance (we ate there twice). The breakfast at the Yellow Sub in Orient Beach was delicious - best croissants. Carrefour was a great place to get provisions for the week and were reasonably priced. Every place took American dollars but only a few took American Express. We highly recommend spending a day at Pinel Island - Karibuni has chairs, umbrellas and cold beer!! The UnderSXM snorkel tour was really interesting. We rented a car to explore the island and the drivers are crazy so be careful - lol.

The home was spotless and in a very good location, it was in walking distance of several restaurants and the beach. Patrick met us at check in and showed us around and how to use everything. He gave us information on restaurants and activities. He was extremely helpful. We couldn’t be happier with our stay!

Rachel is so sweet! Place was amazing and so peaceful! I will definitely recommend her place! I would love to live here lol her place so cozy and nice, everything is perfect!
