Rental is only for quiet relaxation, parties are not.

Spacious (80 sq.m.) and unique apartment with a ~35 sq.m. terrace, offering a panoramic view of the city of Kaunas. You will reside on the top floor, with no neighbors around. The apartment is located next to Kalniečiai Park. Also there is good access to Kaunas Airport. On the rooftop terrace, you will find a barbecue area and outdoor furniture. Inside the apartment itself: a fireplace, a large corner bathtub, a double bed, a stripper pole, a television and a fully equipped kitchen.

The Tiny Hemp House is located in a residential area by the Nemunas river and a forest. It is 2 km walk away from Birštonas centre. House was built by its owners themselves. They chose ecological materials - hempcrete for the walls, clay as a plaster and wood for the floors and ceiling. You can relax in the hot tub under the stars (the hot tub is an additional fee, reserve 12 h before arrival). The service is not provided when the feels-like temperature drops below –15 °C.

You are booking one completely separate 50 m² cottage. There is a wide double bed plus a sofa bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, a microwave, a fridge, air conditioning, underfloor heating and a TV. Private bathroom with shower stall and toilet. For larger families, both cottages can be booked together
