Independent house in the heart of the village (shops and restaurants 50 meters away and supermarket 3 minutes' drive), located in the Gatinais Natural Park. Come and discover a region rich in heritage: Fontainebleau 15 minutes away (world-famous climbing blocks, hikes, its castle...), Barbizon 10 minutes away, Provins, Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte... You can reach Paris in 45 minutes, direct access to A6 highway or by train in 25 minutes from Melun train station (possible access by bus from Perthes). Disneyland Paris Park 1 hr. Accommodation: Old barn renovated in 2021, offering fully equipped accommodation with a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, mezzanine bedroom. Ideal for two people but possibility of two additional beds on the living room sofa bed. A private terrace is available. Two bikes are available on request, one with a baby seat. Possibility to rent two crashpads on site.

Located in the listed village of Maincy, a short walk from the Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte, 10 minutes from the Château de Blandy les Tours and 20 minutes from Fontainebleau, charming outbuilding located in front of the owners' house, at the back of a private courtyard. Ideal for those looking for peace and quiet. The village has all the essential amenities: small supermarket, pizzeria, tobacco bar and bakery. Hiking enthusiasts will appreciate direct access to a GR just a 1-minute walk away.

Studio with balcony near Melun

Refurbished 28 m2 studio with 5 m2 balcony, south-facing so very bright. The studio is located on the 10th floor of a residence with parking, caretaker and intercom in the town of Mée sur Seine. At the foot of the building is the pretty Debreuil Park, possibility to stroll, sports course, a touch of greenery between Le Mée and Melun. Melun is therefore accessible on foot via this park, as well as the train station (25 min walk, 10 min by bus) with Paris 30 min via Transilien R (Gare de Lyon).

The cottage Ô Lunain, 40 m2 house located in Nonville , village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Peaceful haven in a property with 4 hectares of garden, woods and river. We live there in another home,we would be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood-burning stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age as a safety measure ( river).
