The location is centrally located around some great ski areas. Indy Pass skiers will be happy to know that 6 ski areas are from 20 minutes to 1.5 hours away. Don't worry Epic and Icon ski pass skiers there are mountains for you too to ski such as Attitash and Wildcat on Epic and Loon on IKON. Cross country skiing on the Indy Pass is also close by at Waterville Valley and Jackson XC. If you are not too busy take a ride down to Dartmouth College for a hockey game. Oh and by the way the accommodations were fantastic, if you don't feel like going out on the town snuggle up by the wood stove and watch a movie.

We loved staying here! It was plenty private and was a perfect destination for a romantic weekend away!

This was an amazing place to stay while enjoying the fall weather in Vermont. The location was very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees and across the road from the Connecticut River. Waterford itself doesn’t have much going on (which I liked!) but St. Johnsbury and Littleton are within 15-20min and have everything you need. The house was beautifully updated with all amenities needed for a comfortable autumn week, including a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry machines, fireplace, and a lovely screened porch + front deck to enjoy the weather. The bedrooms were comfortable and bright, I’d recommend bringing an eye mask since the windows didn’t have curtains. I loved the member-only area - it was worth the extra cost for the river access with private beach and boats/SUPs. I only went on my final day, but I wish I had spent every evening down on the dock by the river to watch the sunset! Overall I loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet

Jenn and Brian were wonderful hosts and their place was absolutely perfect for my weekend trip with friends to catch up and get away. The property was very calm and peaceful and wandering the various trails up behind the house made for a fun afternoon. We did have a little bit of rain come our way but luckily the house was ideal for relaxing and we were able to enjoy some board games we brought and the very cool projector that they have! I'd totally recommend this spot and will definitely be back!
