It is an ideal starting point for the touristically attractive Western Tatras from Jalovecká or Bobrovecká dolina. Near the village of Jalovec, there is a shepherd's hut Pastierska, where you can buy traditional cheese products during the tourist season and spend time in a beautiful environment overlooking Liptovský Mikuláš and the panorama of the Low Tatras. The center of Liptovský Mikuláš is only 8-9 minutes away by car.

The main train and bus station + Ski bus stop to Aquapark and Jasná is 1 min walk, to the square with pedestrian zone, where you will find a shopping center, cultural and social activities, you will walk 5 min. There is a small playground and a small park with a relaxation area for walking dogs in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
