We were there for 2 days, everything was very clean and tidy, the garden is very well maintained and the pool is very clean. In the kitchen, there was a satisfactory basic equipment, e.g.: Water, cola, spices, Nescafé, mocha coffee, a pack of rice and noodles, a few chips, etc. The upper floor is kept clean and simple. The bedding was spotless. Upstairs there is air conditioning and downstairs in the living area. Everything was functional. What should be mentioned, outside the house there are cameras, there is a nice barbecue corner and a basketball court. The bathroom is a little small, but it's enough. This place will be remembered and visited again.

The home was just perfect! Everything was just as pictured – even better in reality. Fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a cosy and enjoyable stay. Very easy and convenient access, while the balcony offers a fantastic view that makes the experience even more special. Cleanliness was top notch, everything was neat and well maintained. We will probably visit again!

We only stayed two nights and wish we stayed longer. lovely place with amazing views. Gent was very communicative and even suggested local places to visit. the place is beautifully appointed and Prizren is such a good town to visit. we will be back!

Wonderful villa on the mountain side, approx 20-25 min drive from city center. The villa itself was too big for us, as it could easily have fit 2 families at least. Marija is very friendly and her hospitality was top notch. The gym was much appreciated by our family and we used it every single day, same with the pool. The pool temperature was not too warm so do not expect a warm pool, but we enjoyed it as the weather was mostly sunny and 20 degree so we could warm up outside the pool . The place is recommended, especially if you don't mind living a bit outside the city center. You should definitely have a car when you rent this place.

Our stay at Astrit's was a complete success! He was incredibly nice, helpful and always there for us – a really accommodating host. The accommodation was great: The rooms were clean, modern and very cozy. We were particularly impressed by the beautiful location with fantastic views – just perfect for switching off! A small detail: There is only one bathroom, which can lead to waiting times for several people, but that did not significantly affect our stay. Overall, a clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back! 😊
