We had the best experience staying in villa Matisse as a group of 5. The villa is set away from the main road on a private estate , which is peaceful and secure. Our expectations were well and truly met from the airport pick up to drop off . Aoo the villa manger was very responsive and so helpful, and no request was a problem We had massages in the villa which was a luxurious touch

It was amazing place to stay and Ken and the team took good care of us .. surely will go back again to stay there .. Max you got an amazing place and your team made my stay and my friends stay very memorable

Very pleasant Villa, staff very friendly, makes you feel like you are in a jungle with wildlife, the only thing missing is direct passage to the beach. Wonderful stay overall.

Villa Chomtawan is amazing, and we are already talking about when we can return. The home is beautiful, and the beach is gorgeous (the sunsets!!) and very quiet, but what really stands out is the onsite villa team. Maew and the other staff are wonderful. I highly recommend you take advantage of the home-cooked meal options -- you will not be disappointed! Luliia and Maew were incredibly responsive, arranging anything we needed (from a boat day to groceries to special birthday cupcakes). Both Luliia (who is offsite) and Maew (the onsite villa manager) responded to any text within minutes. Also, Maew is a lovely person to chat with and be around. This is a special place. Also something to note: there is a wonderful — but shy — dog (Suay) who lives around the villa and lots of adorable (and largely friendly) kitties who also roam around. We loved this because it made us feel at home but, if that's not your thing, don't worry — they keep to themselves and won't get in your way.

We had a lovely stay in the villa and the host and staff were excellent in making our stay as comfortable as they could. They arranged Mr Nuy (local taxi) to get us from the airport and he was fantastic so we used him for all our evening journies. Highly recommend!

Super Unterkunft um schnell im geschehen zu sein und die Insel zu erkunden! Die Häusschen sind sehr süß und eher traditioneller. Preis Leistung ist echt top! Wir empfanden es etwas zu laut, aber die vielen Katzen in der Anlage waren ein großes plus! Unser Kind hat es sehr geliebt. Die Betten waren uns zu hart und auch warm Wasser hat nicht wirklich funktioniert, war bei den Temperaturen aber nicht so schlimm. Wir haben vor Ort nochmal verlängert, ohne Probleme! Klare Empfehlung!

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit in der Villa und haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt! Uns wurden viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben, die man zum Beispiel am besten ein Taxiunternehmen erreicht, wo man schön essen gehen kann, was in der Umgebung sehenswert ist. Wir waren super versorgt und bei der Aussicht konnte man sich nicht satt sehen. Empfehlenswert 🙏🏼

Das Bungalow hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Es ist sauber, stylisch eingerichtet, liegt schön ruhig und hat eine tolle Terrasse. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und freundlich.

Alles in allem ein super schöner Aufenthalt! Wir haben zuerst 2 Nächte gebucht und dann nochmal verlängert! Danke für die schöne Zeit! :)

Our stay at Villa Yanisa was amazing! The location was perfect - very private and right on the beach. We really appreciated the amenities such as laundry, air conditioning and dish washer. Chittraporn was responsive and proactive. He offered a complimentary pick up from the airport and helped to arrange transportation for after we left the villa. I highly recommend this place and would stay again if I come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Christian’s place! We were welcomed on arrival and shown around the places - the views were nothing short of beautiful and a really great location! The space was as described and lovely and modern! Would definitely recommend a stay here without a doubt. A few things to note: -Fisherman’s village had a bustling night market I believe on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays evenings. The fire show is on daily and can be seen from the Airbnb, deffo recommend a stroll to watch it - we were wary of local taxi companies ripping us off compared to Bolt app but actually some of the taxis that we got that (red pick ups) can be cheaper if you have a large group like we did - On the walk to fisherman’s village via the beach there were 2 dogs (these looked like pets as had collars on) that were incredibly vicious and protective even on the second occasion we tried to walk and kept close to the shore. Nothing to do with the Airbnb just a heads up if you walk via the beach

My husband and I stayed at Villa U for 2 weeks, we are so glad we did. From the moment of arrival, we were well taken care of! The staff were incredible! Nathan came to greet us and was a message away. He organized all of our tours for us as well as our in-villa services. Mister Joe and Miss Kem were our in-villa staff. Miss Kem is an incredible chef who made us excellent meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)! They both took care of all of our needs and kept the villa clean. They were both very polite and professional! The villa itself was breathtaking. It was well designed with themed decor. It’s on the sunset side of the island where we enjoyed stunning views every evening. I recommend this villa to anyone. 10/10 stay!

villa was stunning with fantastic views. very difficult for taxis and vans to get up the steep road to the villa but the view was worth it. we loved it so much we hardly saw the sights because we didn't want to leave. only downside was the beds. it was very uncomfortable but I'm guessing it was a traditional Thai bed which didn't ruin my stay.

Villa booked on behalf of son and friends. Great views from 7 young men celebrating their graduation. Great host - Villa booked a year in advance, and always pro-active with queries, clarifications and support. The flight was late - instructions provided well to check in, with delayed arrival pickup from the airport. The villa was self sufficient for the boys - activities to do (pool table, games, movie theatre), kitchen, barbeque, infinity pool. Strongly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Koh Samui with a family / group.

First of all, I have to say, Daniel is an excellent host! Right when we landed, we had a driver waiting for us to take us to the residences. Daniel was there, even though it was early in the morning, waiting for us to greet us and show us everything. He tried to help with a scooter rental, and even got us tennis rackets to use the court. Very grateful for the hospitality. The flat itself is a small flat but adequate and with everything you'll need. Small nit-picking, the water pressure is low and the bathroom is a bit ... open space with a glass door. Other than that, it's all clean and good. Good washing machine / dryer, big fridge, big TV, all working great. Good internet as well. The gym in the complex was not that great, didn't end up using it. But the pool is big and the tennis court is a nice bonus ( easy to book anytime really ). Location is good, in 10-15 mins you are anywhere in the "busy" areas. But you can also have a bit of quiet walk at the beach if you want.

Secondly stay at Dan's villa, spacious and beautiful beachfront property. good restaurants, beach massages and 7-11 close by. I highly recommend Dan's villa!

We had a lovely stay at the villa! There are two good bars/restaurants at both sides of the villa and if you like they deliver food and drinks to you at "home". The beach front and ocean view is extreme lovely you live direct at the beach. If you are looking for a complete private stay, you should know that direct at the front of the villa there are a google photo spotlight (the palms), a jetski area at the right side and soft background music from one of the restaurant next door, so its always something happening around the villa, but we didn't had a problem with it. It is not crowded, but people are walking around at the beach, climbing at the palms taking photo, eating at the restaurant and taking a swim direct at the beachfront near you. If you take a walk along the beach you will find other bars and restaurants, a short walk it's a night market whit good food and drinks, open till 22.00 We enjoyed our stay at the villa.

Die Villa ist ein absoluter Traum. Sie ist viel schöner, als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Vor allem mit kleinen Kindern ist es absolut zu empfehlen. Der Pool ist super! Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Eine traumhafte Unterkunft. In mitten des Regenwaldes fern ab von allem stress. Das personal ist sehr freundlich und erfüllt einem jeden Wunsch. Ein grosses dankeschön an Saw und seine Crew. Wir durften alle Villas ohne aufpreis anschauen und darin übernachten, jede Villa hat seinen eigenen Charm. Der Strand ist wunderschön und es hat kaum Menschen die diesem zauberhaften Ort finden. Das essen ist sehr lecker und auch in der Küche werden auf alle Wünsche ei gegangen. Es ist eine einzigmalige Erfahrung in einem Hotel mit maximal 6 Gästen zu sein, man kommt kaum was von den anderen Gästen mit und es fühlt sich an als hätte man das ganze Hotel und den Strand für sich allein. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen 🙏🏼

Wir hatten eine superschöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Das Bett ist groß und bequem, das Zimmer ist geschmacksvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt einen großen Fernseher mit Netflix sowie einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Man kann die Gemeinschaftsküche und die Waschmaschine kostenlos benutzen, was wir wirklich geschätzt haben 🙏🏼

I'm a seasoned traveller and have had the privilege of staying in numerous Airbnb's around the world and have to say that this one tops them all. If you're looking for a magical stay on a magical island, look no further. Tyka has been an awesome host, responsive, welcoming, informative and has made our stay fabulous. will definitely return and hope this property is available in the future. Sehr schönes sauberes und luxuriöses Penthouse! Mit wahnsinniger Aussicht auf das schöne Meer sowie die Nachbar Inseln. Der Pool war immer sauber und die Hausanlage wurde ständig gesäubert. Es war alles vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage hat perfekt funktioniert und war auf dem neusten Stand. Die hat uns gut getan und nicht krank gemacht. Schöne letzter Aufenthalt. Es ist natürlich nicht das günstigste aber den Preis Wert! Man bekommt sehr viel für sein Geld geboten. Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas hoch und die Straße noch nicht asphaltiert aber das ging auch mit unseren Mietwagen der wenig ps hatte ohne Allrad bei Regen Wind und wetter! Vielen Dank

Chaoh’s villa is great! The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was so comfortable. There’s also a great view out the windows. The location is the best. It’s walking distance to many coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. There’s a convenience store and the beach just around the corner! The villa is situated within hotel property and you can use all of their amenities including the pool. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back!
