You dream of calm and greenery. My house is located in Saint Georges de Monclard (10 min from the hills of Monbazillac, 15 min from Bergerac and 45 min from Périgueux). It is close to the prehistoric gems that make the reputation of Périgord and a multitude of picturesque towns and small villages (Bugue, Sarlat, Issigeac, etc.).

On the forest side and in the heart of a set of two traditional Périgord houses, the calm is total and the place lends itself to positive introspection, alone or as a couple. Just one essential in winter: throw a few logs in the stove, and turn on the fan in summer if you like it. 2 bedrooms are available in the accommodation.
