Air conditioning only in the sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep.Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room for their current local job.

Plates, cups, silverware, coffee pods, bedding and bath towels are all provided! Hot showers and flushing toilets are located in a separate, unheated building about a 1 minute walk away. Our comfortable and well appointed apartment has beautiful views of the orchards and farm fields that surround us. Our small horse farm will make you feel calm and serene as you enjoy your stay at the Roddy Ranch. Please be aware, this is an upstairs apartment.
