Joachim’s place was exactly what we needed. The townhouse is located in a peaceful neighborhood, and Joachim was very responsive to all of our questions. I would definitely recommend staying at Joachim’s place.

This was a fantastic stay. This home is far away from the hustle and bustle, and very peaceful. Their horses and dogs love to come up and say hi. Norma and Patrick have continental breakfast set up for the guests, and they have experience with hosting since the very early days of Airbnb. Getting packages delivered from Amazon was a breeze here. Also, Civil War battlefields are in proximity to this home. I found some rigorous hiking trails and feasted at great restaurants afterwards. During my stay I learned a lot from Patrick about Civil War history.

Excellent AirBnb just outside of Frederick. Marie was very responsive with any questions we had about the property and the property was very clean and as described in the listing. Highly recommend!
