The Perfect Family Villa for Lindian Living

Thea 3 consists of two bedrooms one with a traditional Lindian bed (raised platform) with a king size mattress and another bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is big enough for everyone and there is a family bathroom next to the master bedroom. You will also find a generous living area with additional sofa bed. Half of the courtyard is shaded and there is again seating for everybody plus a small sink, BBQ and 2 sunbeds.

The villa is near the acropolis and a short walk from the city center and Aegean sea (5-10min.). As with many ancient villas in the village, they are not ideal for those with mobility issues. Lovely apartment situated in a great part of town. The view of the acropolis was wonderful and sitting on the balcony at night seeing it all lit up was really special. The apartment was really easy to get dropped off by the taxi and it’s close to all the great bars,restaurants and shops too. St Paul’s bay is just a few minutes walk too. We had a fabulous time and are very much looking forward to returning next year. Anita was really lovely and on hand should we have needed anything, very polite, professional, helpful and friendly. Thank you Anita😊

Wonderful place and perfect location right in the heart of Lindos. Anthi is a very responsive and attentive host. She made us feel right at home and was able to provide us with recommendations, reservations, etc. The layout was perfect for our family (with two kids). Highly recommend.

We couldn’t fault the room -clean and quiet with a great view. Worth noting that there are LOTS of steps up to the apartment and across Lindos in general, so not for prams, wheelchairs or anyone with trouble climbing steps. That said, the higher you go, the better the view !

With 2 families stayed for a week at Louzoia Bay. The view is really breathtaking, waking up in no time. There was plenty of privacy, each bedroom had its own bathroom. Pools were heated. Despite the fact that it rained for a few days and was a little fresh, you could keep swimming. The hosts were very helpful during the stay, good communication. Halfway through the stay, the towels were refreshed and everything cleaned neatly. A large supermarket is about a 5 minute car ride. In Lardos you can get (cheap) fresh fish for the BBQ and dine fine (a little less touristy than Lindos, which benefits the quality of the food). All in all had a wonderful week

The apartment is even better than the photos, particularly the bedroom with the ensuite shower but also the open plan living room/dining/kitchen area making for a very enjoyable stay. Maria was an excellent host and while there is no garden she has created an outside sitting area with cushions and fabrics with a view to the acropolis and amphitheatre from the steps and a table/chairs for two opposite. All in all, a very enjoyable week on the island.

A private hot tub is positioned on a rooftop terrace, offering views of the surrounding hillside and distant coastline. Whitewashed buildings are visible in the background against a clear blue sky, enhancing the sense of tranquility.
