The apartment is beautiful and offers plenty of comfort. The bed, pillows, linens and bath towels were of excellent quality. The kitchen also had everything new, beautiful and super functional! I highly recommend the stay!

I really enjoyed staying in the apartment! I felt at home from the first moment. The place is safe, quiet and with several leisure and relaxation options within the hotel itself. The surroundings are also very pleasant. I followed Marcos' tips on restaurants and parks, I highly recommend them! Even traveling alone, I never felt alone. I went to take a test, but I was able to relax and enjoy it a lot. There's a great thrift store nearby and the bar in front of the hotel serves wonderful food! I'd definitely come back!

Simply charming, both the place and the house. The house corresponds exactly to the photos, all items are in good taste, super complete kitchen, spacious and cozy rooms. We went as 5 couples with children and the house was perfect. The pool area overlooking the dam is a highlight of the stay. Delicious, we stayed in the pool every day. We didn't leave the house any day, we stayed 1 week and it was amazing. Another highlight of the trip is the owner Livia, who always responded to us and helped us with any questions or requests. I recommend it without a doubt!

I have been using the Airbnb platform for years, we traveled very often in Brazil and some outside and I don't remember a reception, care and attention we had with Ludmila, Marcos and Dona Cleide… It was really amazing and the whole structure of great taste, from bed linen, bathrooms, electros, all the kitchen pieces, to the high-end furniture…. We will return for sure and once again, me and my family, we thank you from the heart!

Our stay was amazing!! Rodrigo was always very helpful, gave us several recommendations and always gave us a lot of attention. Very complete house, very well-equipped kitchen, all rooms have hair dryers and facial tissues, everything very well thought out and beyond expectations. The view is incredible and the architecture of the house is very well structured, the leisure area is also incredible!! On the last night alone, we got heavy rain and had some minor leaks in the living room area, but nothing extreme.

The stay was excellent! The place is super cozy and well-equipped, with a full kitchen and everything you need. Access is easy, the environment is well organized, and the space is large, with a game room and fireplace. The only tip is to bring warm clothes, because at night it's quite cold. Overall, an amazing, peaceful and perfect place to enjoy with friends! One of the best that I've ever stayed.

Casa with an amazing view! We used the swimming pool a lot, beach court. All great! The condo looks new and the view from the dam is unbeatable.

Those who rent once will always rent again. And we're back 😊 My friends and I felt at home. The atmosphere is pleasant, both in the house and in the surroundings. Our retreat to rest and slow down. The house is as shown in the photos, beautiful and comfortable. It has everything and a few extra cooking utensils. The beds are comfortable, lots of blankets for the cold days. The shower is delicious, good water outlet and heats well. Wow, there's nothing but good things to say. I thank the caretakers for leaving everything clean and organized. I thank Thiago for his cordiality and prompt service. We'll definitely be back another day 😃

Thank you very much Jose Nilson and Leonel for this wonderful stay!! Their apartment is very nicely decorated and brand new! It's just like the pictures. Despite being a one-bedroom apartment, the bedroom is spacious and the apartment has a good balcony with a wonderful view. For me, the big difference was having a gas shower and two parking spaces, things you rarely see in smaller apartments in Cambuí. Everything in the apartment worked and the building is very charming, located in the best neighborhood of Campinas, full of shops and restaurants. I loved staying there and I'll definitely stay again!!
