I really liked the space , the room was cozy and clean and the location very good The only problem is that the pool that should be heated as well as jacuzzi and ofurô the water was not hot and at no time was it informing the staff that it was having trouble in this pool

Option with a very good price, great location ideal for those who want to walk to the main points of the city, the city is also very good for driving with many parking spaces. We stayed three days and walked all over the city and we didn't see any beggars, so that's another super positive point. Apartment type flat with bed linen, towels, pillows, plates, glasses, cutlery. The condominium's outdoor pool is very large and beautiful and I believe it is not heated, inside the SPA there is a sauna and another heated pool but as this space was under renovation we could not use it. A warning point is about parking, at the entrance of the condominium there is an access ramp where vehicles are parked, but certainly there are not enough spaces for all the units of the building, in busier times the drivers who arrive later will have to park on the street in front, which I also believe does not have enough spaces for everyone.

Super nice place, safe, without bureaucratic excesses to get out or in. Covered garage with easy access to the elevator with a panoramic view. Ample space in the pool. We had a common maintenance problem with the shower, which the host resolved very quickly.

I loved the place, everything was organized and clean. The Hosts responded super fast, that was really cool. I liked everything, I'll be back for sure.

Great location, about 15 minutes' drive from the parks, Gruta do Anjo and 25 minutes from Serra Negra. The house is exactly the same as the photos, full of birds and nature around, complete kitchen and barbecue area. I will definitely rent more often.

Wonderful accommodation! We made the trip with 6 people, everyone loved the accommodation, the house is well equipped with quality utensils and enough quantity for 6 people, extremely clean and organized house. The host always responds quickly with clear instructions. Not to mention the landscape of the place, which is stunning. It was a great choice to spend the weekend at this accommodation.

Great stay, since I closed the reservation and asked questions about the region Rodrigo has always been very helpful. His father, Mr. Nizo received me at the Check-in, Mr. very polite and kind. I recommend the site and I intend to return more often.

The place is beautiful, with surroundings that make you contemplate with pleasure and enjoy the peace. The house is excellent, it has everything a house needs to have and is very cozy. Everything was very well arranged and decorated with affection. The tap water is drinkable, the showers are good, the mattresses too. Ana Paula is a very nice person, interacts well and is quite calm. We really enjoyed staying at this place, we'll be back for sure.

I spent 4 days with my family at Deivid and his wife's house. Deivid welcomed us, showed us the house. I asked them several questions in the group they created, and they answered promptly. The experience was incredible! The house is wonderful, cozy and super fragrant! We intend to come back more often! I highly recommend it!

These were wonderful days! We enjoyed the house and the pool a lot! Everything is exactly the same as listed. Township of mesh fairs and a park with space for sports activities. Mr. Toyomi was extremely kind and friendly. He sent us a cake!!!! We love everything!!! We'll be back for sure!!!!

Our stay was fantastic! The condominium is very close to the main street and, as it has a private garage, we can do everything on foot. Close to bars, restaurants and the city's main square. The apartment is impeccable! Very well equipped, we didn't miss anything else. Cozy, with very new and fragrant towels and linens, it felt like we were at home. A great place to rest after a long day in the city. Maricy is very attentive and welcomed us with great affection, always very concerned with the smallest details. I hope to be back soon!

Stanley's apartment is completely renovated, spotlessly clean, bright and full of charm. The kitchen is fully equipped, making the space ideal for long stays. The location in Extrema-MG is excellent, both for those who go for work and leisure, with easy access to the main points of the city by car or by app. It was a great experience!
