Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes, which is located in Farsund municipality. Skipperhuset was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, among other things by wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper's house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is wall to wall with the brewery that has a renovated oven.

The house is one of the first to be built on the beach site Snig. There is one house with a lot of history and soul that is located along the road to the south of Lindesnes. Private terrace. Cozy planted garden with garden furniture. Immediate proximity to large public beach with facilities such as playground, football field and boccia court. As well as barbecue facilities.

Kitchen, dining area, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, WC, laundry room and storage room. Max 8 guests. Wifi, 2 kayaks, 4 body boards, board games, video games and 2 bikes. (Boat can be rented at Lindesnes Hyttervice.) Beach volleyball, football, tennis, frisbee golf, golf, tour trails, stores, and restaurants within walking distance of the cabin.

Idyllic spot on inland water

Developed/renovated cottage in a lovely spot in the south of Norway. Must row over a small water to get to the cabin, or walk through the forest (700 meters). Here you can swim, fish trout in the water or be lucky to see the osprey soaring over the water. Are eagle's nest in the area. Simply a magical place on the waterfront. The sleeping areas have windows so you can see out in nature when you are in bed. Warranty for relaxation! We are thinking about renting to housekeepers a few weekends a year and a few weeks in the summer.

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside there is a difficult terrace with a lot of living space, various seating groups, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Only 15 kilometers from Kristiansand City Here you can sit and listen to nature and when the evening comes, only the moon and stars will light up for you! Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable place to stay. The cabin is located by the water, there are two canoes and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be ordered if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Possibility of mattress on floor. Bed linen and towels available. Separate bathroom with a shower. WiFi and TV w/Chromecast + Apple TV (Netflix, Viaplay, Disney+, Max)

Nydelige naturomgivelser med kort gå avstand til innsjø hvor en kan låne kanoer,bade eller grille i gapahuken. Hytta er plassert på kanten av et lite stup,så her får du en god høydefølelse. Enjoy a relaxing holiday with the whole family in our modern, high-standard cabin! This is our family cabin, which we use as often as we can, but we’re happy to share it when we’re not there. The cabin is spacious at 150 m², with four bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 11 guests—perfect for two families traveling together. In addition, a luxurious sauna with panoramic fjord and mountain views is scheduled for completion by spring/summer 2026. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!
