Modern, spacious & air-conditioned home only 2km from CBD. Quiet street within a central & convenient suburb. Dog-friendly (no cats unfortunately). Perfect for a group/family getaway or something comfortable for a work trip. 2 bedrooms but accommodates a max. of 6 guests. On the cusp of the CBD parklands & a 15-min drive to the Adelaide Hills.
