NB the tennis court is great for a fun game, but not professional standard, and the piano is very old and out of tune and not playable (other than for fun).

Close to walking trails and lookouts. 30 mins drive to three sisters (Katoomba), 20 mins to Penrith. Walking distance to railway station.
