Free shuttle service to Loon ski lifts on Sun/M/F/Sat. This is a small studio (330sq ft plus balcony) but perfectly comfortable for two.

The main floor includes a cozy living room and kitchen with all your needs. The master suite features a king-sized bed, ample storage, and a private balcony. Upstairs you'll find a captivating second bedroom, a.k.a. the Cub Den, with two comfortable twin beds. The luxurious bathroom offers plenty of space, including a standing shower, room for cosmetics and power outlets.

ÖÖD Birch House at FarAway Pond offers a spectacular view of FarAway pond and mountains beyond. Perched above the pond, the Birch House features mirrored glass walls for full immersion into nature's beauty. Unwind in the hot tub on your private deck, grill or sit by your fire, then wander to your private kayak dock for a peaceful paddle or swim. With 68 acres and miles of trails leading to a nearby state forest, this is the perfect getaway for unparalleled peace and adventure. Dogs welcomed!

The Little Red Retreat - No Adt. Cleaning Fee

Your home base to explore the White Mountains and all they have to offer. 15 minute drive to Lincoln / Woodstock & Loon Mountain; 35 minute drive to Littleton w/ easy access to Plymouth, Waterville Valley, & Lakes Region. This eclectic cabin was built from the ground up in 2024 with the sole intention of welcoming guests like you to its woodsy embrace. We set out to create a peaceful stay with room for the whole family to relax after a long day of exploring, hiking, and adventuring in NH.

Riverside Guest Cottage

This is a centrally located cottage. Situated in the heart of North Woodstock, the location allows walking to all restaurants, brew pubs and bars. River swimming is available at Cascades Park. Sunrises over the mountains. A relaxing hide away featuring 180 feet of river frontage and a spring fed pond to enjoy. The location provides a perfect hub for all the area activities such as, hiking, skiing, fishing or biking, etc. Town sponsored music across the street Saturdays in July & August.

Bear Ridge Lodge

Newly built, chalet-style log home featured in both Cabin Living and Log Cabin Homes Magazines. Sweeping mountain and sunset views. Modern, Scandinavian decor. Generous front deck and covered porch for sunbathing, stargazing and outdoor dining in the summer and fall. Soaring stone fireplace makes for a warm, fully-appointed ski lodge in the winter months. 5 minutes from Cannon and 20 minutes from both Loon and Bretton Woods. Miles of National Forest trails out the back door.

Beautiful home at the base of Loon Mountain on the bank of the Pemigewasset River. Just a 5 minute walk to the Kanc 8 Lift and 7 minutes to the Gondola at Loon Mountain. Great getaway during any season! Multiple levels give this home a “tree house” feeling. You will be able to enjoy sights, sounds, and access to the Pemi River from your backyard! This premier location is just one of the features that sets this beautiful home apart from many.
