Our cozy coastal condo is a relaxing retreat. You can be as busy or as lazy as you’d like. Some visits we just sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Other times we take long walks, chat with those clamming or crabbing right off of the shore. Our favorite place for cocktails and live entertainment is just a 3 minute walk around the corner, The Snug Harbor. We hope you enjoy this little slice of paradise as much as we do!!! ***Please note that our condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

'Octopus Prime' is what we call this modern, remodeled oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a king-size bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It has two full bathrooms and a full modern kitchen. The beach access is literally a few steps away! If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!

(Our condo is next door to the public beach access at “Nye Beach Turnaround”. closer than any other building in the area).
