The separate building in some of the pictures is a boathouse that holds lake equipment for your use and is not the apartment Please, No Smoking!

Located within the property of The Point and 3 miles from Trump National Golf Course, the house is a gorgeous, three story waterfront home on a quiet cove on Lake Norman. It has three bedrooms on the top floor, with an additional bedroom in the basement. The main floor has a large living room, fully stocked kitchen with eating area, and den with an additional TV. The basement also has a large hang-out area, with a bar, large 65" TV and a game table. We are 40 minutes to downtown Charlotte.
