Our Little Beach House is a 1,546 sq. ft. beautiful new home built in June 2019 in Gleneden Beach (nestled between Lincoln City and Depoe Bay). Beach Access 3 minute walk at the end of our street. Dig your toes in the sand and enjoy the quiet, peaceful beach or walk to the nearby shops, restaurants, Spa, or Golf. This 3 bedroom & 2 1/2 bath features two master suites, a gourmet kitchen, custom cabinetry and countertops. Everything is NEW from furniture, mattresses, to linens. Yard fenced.

The Cloud Nine beach house lives up to its name. It is perfect for everyone and offers a variety of activities and amenities to ensure all guests enjoy their stay. The home is located in a charming and cozy neighborhood and is just a minute walk from the beach. Giant glass windows throughout the home and decks on every floor offer breathtaking views of the ocean and extravagant sunsets. NOTE: This is a residential neighborhood and has STRICT parking (3 cars) & quiet hours (10pm+) enforced.

Located in the quaint Nelscott neighborhood the house is walking distances to shops, restaurants, the oregon coast's largest bookstore, and Theatre West. There are lots of things to do in Lincoln city: shop at the outlet mall, gamble at the casino, take a culinary class, go to the local museum, check out a hike, take a surf lesson, or just hang at the house and watch the wales, surfers and waves from one of our two decks. Bad weather? Just cozy up to the fireplace and watch the storm.

Make memories on the Oregon Coast in this amazing home sleeping up to 12 with a king suite, queen in it's own bedroom, 2 bedrooms with a double & 2 twins in each. One of the double and twin bedrooms (secret room) must be entered through the queen bedroom. Fully equipped to make your stay comfortable. Please note the house does have a central air heat pump for cooling and a furnace, wall heaters in many of the bedrooms and a gas fireplace in the main floor living room for heat.

Pacific Pearl is a wonderful vacation home. This home accommodates four couples very easily, and the quiet neighborhood and close walk to the beach is perfect. A sweeping view with cool ocean breezes. Our massive cathedral windows reveal the Pacific Ocean. Located next to the Roads End State Park, a long stretch of sandy beach is nearly out the front door, and some awesome hiking lies just up the road. The main streets of downtown are a quick drive away, where you can find shops, boutiques, and restaurants.

Our vacation home is very close to the beach, the mall, restaurants and theaters and is on the Ocean side of Hwy. 101. There are great views from any level and nearly every window. You’ll love it here because of the views, the location, the ambiance, the like-new condition and the decks. Surfer Girl is good for couples, 2 couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, or families (with kids). We think you will love Surfer Girl as much as we do.
