Great place to stay in perfect location, and Mateo was an awesome host. Building and unit are luxurious and clean. Highly recommend.

The apartment is exactly as described. It was very clean and cozy. I loved the floor to ceiling windows. The super market across the treat is very convenient. My only issue is we had to rush out of our ubers because the front door to the building is on a main road, so there was always honking or angry drivers behind us when our drivers stopped to let us out. Id suggest using the address to one of the stores in the parking lot next door to avoid this.

The place was absolutely stunning, with an incredible view of the ocean and nearby parks. Everything was in walking distance and we were able to explore so much. What really stood out to me was our host, Vladimir’s communication. Since we had booked months ago and the days leading up to our stay, he was so responsive, kind, and easy to get ahold of. The trip was incredible and will be a lasting memory for us thanks to Vladimir ☺️

Great stay and relatively affordable. They have some items in the fridge like a hotel mini-bar would, which means it’s convenient, but maybe 3x what you would pay in the store or with rappi. Also, if you’re doing a longer stay make sure you buy your own toilet paper or ask for more with 24 hour notice since there’s only 2 rolls available for guests in the property :) Overall, 5 stars, thanks for hosting!

Cozy apartment, it is just like the photos, very clean, and comes with complimentary food. Joffre was very attentive to what I needed and quickly answered my questions. Would stay here again.

Everything is very good from the beginning to the end. Very friendly service, the apartment is clean, tidy and well-equipped. The signs were very helpful. The only thing we had problems with was the WiFi (in some areas of the apartment). It would help to install a repeater in the hallway to the master bedroom. Otherwise everything was great. Great value based on size, layout, location, and nightly cost. Good location. Several coffee shops and cafes in close walking distance (1 - 5 minutes). Higher end restaurants are a 15-20 minute walk; very doable and safe. The common areas (living room, eating area, rooftop patio) are all larger in person than they appeared to us in the pictures. This was a pleasant surprise. The onsite host was always available, even late night. Laundry service was a nice touch. Rooms were comfortable. The fans were enough to keep the rooms comfortable, although the host did share that they are in the process of installing AC. Kitchen appliances are a bit dated, but we didn't use anything except the fridge. We had an issue with hot water in the upstairs bedrooms on the 1st day, but they sent someone out to resolve the same day. The floors were clean in appearance, you could see brown spots on our feet after walking around barefoot. Not a big deal for us, but might be a concern for some.

It was our first time in Peru, so naturally, we were a bit nervous, but Claudia made us feel right at home! The location of this condo was top tier. Everything was perfect, including the walking distance to Starbucks and restaurants! I will definitely be booking with Claudia again in the future :)

A perfect oasis in Lima! This was the ideal place for me and my girlfriend—we value privacy, and the apartment is completely soundproof. The neighborhood is welcoming and friendly, and stepping outside to the stunning view of the historic Huaca Pucllana makes you feel like you’re living in a hidden oasis. As a chef who visits Lima frequently and has stayed at Monica’s other flawless properties, I can say this is now my favorite. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything I need, and it’s just a 2-minute walk to Wong, the best international grocery store in the city. The bed is super comfortable, the laundry room is a great bonus, and the living room—with its beautiful design, outdoor patio, and grill area as the centerpiece—is truly a work of art. Honestly, the space is so cozy and well-designed, you won’t want to leave. Take Monica’s advice on walking distance restaurants. Only the best. Great taste in all departments. Don’t cheap out in Lima. Stay here. You won’t regret it.

Excellent, very cozy house for large groups, beautiful courtyard with beautiful trees and flowers, and a turtle that was a sensation for my children. 100% recommended. Everything immaculate.

Views are marvelous and the spacious apartment is so comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the apartment and watching surfers, joggers and the waves rolling in.

It was a cute place right in the middle of Baranco and Miraflores. The neighborhoods have a lot to offer! However Karina is what made the trip more memorable. She was always responsive and very nice. We felt safe in the apartment and there was a helpful front desk. Would recommend to anybody for a stay in Lima.
