Great place! The house is located on a quiet street, close to large shopping malls and restaurants. The apartment looks like in the photo, very clean and cozy

This is hands down my number one stay in Asunción. The flat is huge, beautiful, and super comfortable, tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area. The house itself looks amazing, and the people living there are all really nice. The staff is helpful whenever you need something, and John, the host, is great—friendly, quick to reply, and easy to deal with. The internet is fast and reliable, which is a big plus. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for both short and long-term stays—pans, a big fridge with freezer, water kettle, and more. The neighborhood around the house is also nice and feels safe. I liked it so much I extended my stay right after the first night. Already looking forward to coming back in the future.

Moran was a great host—attentive, available, and helpful. Her apartment is a gem in the Recoleta neighborhood of Asunción. It has all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay and is just steps from Shopping Mariscal. My only criticism is that, while I was there, the shower lost hot water after a couple minutes of use. That being said, the weather was warm, so it was not a big deal. I’d gladly stay at Moran’s for future visits to Asunción, and highly recommend her spot if you’re in town!

The stay was great! The apartment is super comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The location is excellent, close to everything: shops, cafes, and very good restaurants. I felt right at home. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again!

Carolina was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was more spacious than in photos, and was very comfrotable. As mentioned in another post, there is noise in the bedroom from bars outside on Fri/Saturday night, so jusy be prepared to cover that sound if you are a lighter sleeper. The building is great, the pool area and view is amazing, and the location is very walkable and safe.

Everything is impeccable! The place is super cozy, you feel at home. Analia is a wonderful and charming person, always attentive. The people at the front desk are always friendly and pleasant. I recommend Analia's apartment 200% and when I return to Paraguay I will definitely stay there again. Also, everything is close by. 😊💫
