Impeccable stay and very good hosting.

Nice place near le Bugue centre - you need a car to reach it. Le Bugue has got everything you need. Good base for visiting the beautiful old villages and river. Sandrine recommended a very good restaurant and chateau with beautiful trees/plants park in Campagne very near her place. It gets very hot in this area. The place isn't suitable for anyone who can't climb a narrow spiral staircase.

Etienne is a very thoughtful and caring host. We arrived late and in his absence, he inquired to see if we had arrived safely and had no problems settling in, he responded instantly to our questions by message despite the late hour We are delighted with our stay The neighborhood is very nice, the place is peaceful and we felt welcome with our dog The place is typical and relaxing Beware, however, of the stairs, which are a little steep, surprising on the 1st day but you quickly get used to it. The garden is beautiful, by the river Recommended +++

Absolutely amazing place, tastefully decorated, in an exceptional village. A lot of effort has been put into decorating, where well-being is. Being by the water with this view is just unimaginable. Just missing an oven (on the wall above the plates , my 2 cents) and a curtain in the room (hanging on the wall with rings, my 2 cents again). Truly an awesome experience.

If I could, I would have gladly given 6 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 stars for the location, comfort and incredible kindness of the hosts. Thank you for everything.

Have a great stay in the countryside! The accommodation is clean and functional

A big thank you to Pierre for hosting us in his beautiful wooden house. The place is superb, perfectly furnished, with very well thought-out spaces, the swimming pool, the sauna… My friends, who were discovering the Aveyron, were delighted by this interlude between Conques and the surrounding landscapes. For my part, a native of the region, I had great pleasure in sharing a little of this territory with them. And as promised this morning, I plan to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Moulin de Corot. The house is very spacious, functional and well equipped, with plenty of storage. It is located in an exceptional and exotic setting: a green setting with the Glane that runs along the house. The large terrace is lovely. The Corot site, a 5-minute walk, offers several hikes around the Glane. Downtown Saint-Junien is a short drive away, with many shops. Christophe is a welcoming, attentive and responsive host.

A home on the banks of the Charente full of charm with access to water, which is very useful in hot weather. The house is very nice and well equipped. The spacious bedrooms are large and bright with good bedding. The kitchen is well equipped (the only thing missing was wine glasses that we couldn't find and some extra cutlery would be appreciated). John also sent caring, welcoming messages full of good advice. Location is great for visiting. I'd recommend it without a second thought.

holiday experience was great from start to finish very helpful hosts and set in a very scenic area which was close to the major attractions in the area whether you wanted to explore grottos or chateaus / castles or scenic towns all were within easy reach. welcomed and shown around the property and shown and explained all we needed to know , the use of bikes - bike path right next to property close to villages of les Eyzies and le Bugue 2 person kayak right next to river Vezere - very relaxing paddle on the river not to be missed out. pool area was great and heated with lovely gardens and lots of areas to sit with your morning coffee badminton net and rackets supplied your own barbecue area and every utensil for barbecue or kitchen was supplied first experience with air bnb and the hosts went above and beyond what we expected very pleased many thanks for having us David & Caroline

We had an wonderful time. The house was great and the garden is huge with an orchard in the next field which we could access. It is an absolutely beautiful place. We were made to feel very at home by Laetitia, Thierry and family (they were in the main house for some days of our stay and the rest of the time we were alone on the vast property). They were extremely generous about letting us use games and canoes etc and could not have been more welcoming to us. The surrounding area is very beautiful and peaceful. The river is nearby and there are lots of possible areas for swimming as well as walking. We really enjoyed visits to Angouleme and Cognac and other pretty villages. Most of all we enjoyed sitting in the garden reading and relaxing and going running in small largely deserted roads around the house. It was a really lovely holiday and I would definitely recommend this highly and fully hope to go back again.

Very good hosting! Emilie and her husband are very understanding and flexible:) Discreet but always available if needed. We had a lovely time despite winter weather ❄️ I would recommend it! Attention a lot of single beds but possibility to paste them:)

David and Caroline were fabulous hosts and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived at their beautiful property. It was lovely to have a selection of local products, including a bottle of wine, upon our arrival. They explained everything clearly and were always available if we needed any help or had questions. The pictures do not do this property justice. The chateau itself is super charming, comfortable, and is equipped with absolutely everything you could ever need while on holiday. The fact that there was AC in the bedroom was a very welcome surprise as well. The grounds are immaculately maintained and it was delightful to just sit on the varanda and watch the birds while listening to the distant sound of running water. We can’t say enough positive things about our stay - we would absolutely recommend it and can’t wait to go back.

A stunning location and a great place to relax with family and friends. Peaceful river running behind the house that can be explored with boats and kayaks, very close to the town center- 15 mins by bike. Bicycles well maintained. Ron was a friendly host with great recommendations for local markets.

A dream setting, wonderful accommodation, very high quality amenities and in an impeccably clean condition and a more than attentive welcome... and in addition, everything has been thought out and homemade by the owners. Everything was perfect, and even more than that. We highly recommend it for anyone who would like to have a memorable stay.
