In July and August,there is no discount and the arrivals and departures are only sSaturdays. Please bring your own towels and bed sheets! The costs of water and electricity will be added. The swimming pool is in funcion from May until mid October.

Old olive trees, bougainvillea and oleanders. Everything is very simple. The only luxury you'll find is the one your senses will provide. Pets are of course welcome at Finca NANKURUNAISA.

Beautiful apartment right in the middle of Altea’s old town. The apartment was very spacious, nicely decorated and has all the amenities you’d need, however the real standout space is that terrace! The views from there are spectacular, from the church and white buildings of the town, to the mountains and out to sea. It was lovely to sit on the terrace with a drink in the evening and watch the swifts flying around. We stayed with two young children and the bedrooms were perfect. There’s also a little playground in the courtyard of the building which is really handy. Location is ideal, a few minutes walk downhill to the seafront or uphill into the old town. Evgenio was a great host and made us feel very welcome. We plan to stay here again on our next visit to Altea and already can’t wait!

Very nice and friendly hosts. You stay in a seperate apartmen in the landlords house. The house is situated close to all facilities like shopping, restaurants and beach. If you arrive by car its easy to park in the street close to the house. I highly recommend this stay.

Lovely apartment on the sea front in Altea. Stunning views of the sea and beach area. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was decorated beautifully. The balcony was large so we felt we had plenty of room. The location is great, a couple of mins walk to the team and less than 10 mins to the pretty old town. There is parking all along the beach front, you can't guarantee a space right away but we usually found one within a few mins.
