The apartment is 55 m2 in size and contains a large living room, with sofa bed, a bright kitchen in a separate niche, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and toilet. From the apartment, there is a beautiful view of the fjord and only 200 meters to a "private beach. It is possible to rent a double and a single kayak - or even bring your own. The entire apartment was newly built in 2019, with underfloor heating in all rooms.

There are stops for the tram (Letbanen) a few minutes' walk from the B&B. The apartment is 63 m2 and is suitable for accommodation for families, a group of colleagues, or two couples traveling together, etc. It contains two bedrooms with two single beds in each room that can be "stiched together" to a double bed, a living room, kitchen and bathroom.
