Very good place , very quiet , would return with my family

I went to Americana with my family, with the intention of going to my sister's graduation at ExpoAmérica. The house has accommodated us very well. There were 5 of us and the space was more than enough. The house is simple, but the simplicity is well done and pleases everyone. The price was super, agreed. For those who need a place to stay, like me, for events at ExpoAmérica, here's the recommendation. The location is quiet and has shops nearby, and is only 9 minutes from Expo.

Great house to relax. The kitchen and barbecue space is great, with dishes and pans for meals, the pool receives sunshine throughout the day, ideal for sunny days.

Wonderful atmosphere! Everything according to the listing description and even much better in person than the pictures shows. The service provided by the housekeepers also impeccable, the couple very solicitous and polite! I recommend it to everyone!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Samuel's house is amazing! The space is perfect for gathering friends and family. The pool is spacious and refreshing, ideal for enjoying sunny days with lots of fun. In addition, the barbecue is a real highlight, perfect for preparing that special barbecue while everyone is having fun. A cozy, well-kept environment full of good energy. Anyone who comes here always wants to come back!

Very good stay, a very cozy place

Since I started using Airbnb, all over Brazil, I've never been to such a good place. Everything exactly as shown in the photos, complete house, well maintained, the hosts are excellent, understanding and proactive. I definitely recommend it and will return more often.

The stay in this house was very good and peaceful. A quiet neighborhood, the cozy place with lots of greenery, swimming pool, clean house with bed and bath linens available (at no additional cost), everything sanitized and packaged for peaceful use. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the host couple, who were very friendly, available, helpful and in a very good mood. They gave us instructions on lights, pool, use of appliances and other pertinent questions. I recommend this location.

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. All the guests loved the place, it's really very nice and beautiful! Super comfortable bedrooms, living rooms and leisure areas. I highly recommend it and it's totally worth the value. The landlady Angela is very helpful and friendly!

We loved the house! We went in a group of 10 people for the new year and we enjoyed it a lot! Lolis and Sandro are super receptive, respond quickly and help with any questions ;) The housekeeper is super good people and the two dogs that are in the house are a LOVE, we are sad to leave them there kkkkk You won't regret renting. The stay was wonderful! The cottage is extremely cozy, very well maintained and was impeccably clean, I felt at home. The lower part of the house is naturally cool, and the upper floor, which is a little warmer, has air conditioning that ensures comfort. The grassy backyard and pool were a big plus, especially for those traveling with pets. I would also like to compliment the host for the great organization: before arrival, I received a PDF file with all the necessary information, which made the experience much easier. Gratitude 🤗

The house is very well-equipped, comfortable and clean, it met our needs well during the stay. However, one caveat is worth mentioning: when we left to go to the city and when we slept, it was not possible to lock the gate or the main glass door, which made us feel a little insecure at first. Apart from these points, the experience was great!

We loved staying at Sandro's place. Safe, well structured, clean, organized, quiet, and with a great leisure area, with heated pool, barbecue, fruit trees, all very nice. The house is great, equipped with air-conditioning and utensils, and with spacious rooms. Sandro is super responsive, he welcomed us to the space with clear instructions and local recommendations, the care he has with the place is notorious and admirable. I recommend it!

Everything was perfect, we cooked on the wood stove, they even sell fresh meats very close by, there is a sign indicating. The center is close and full of restaurants, snack bars, markets, etc. The house is very nice, quiet place, we were very comfortable, clean and wonderful pool. We love it👏

The house is simple but well equipped, it accommodated my family well, everything was clean, the host was very attentive, helpful and gave us all privacy. The streets to get to the house are dirt, but quiet, without many holes, we had no difficulty with the cars even though it rained. It was a very pleasant weekend!

We love Tânia's house, the place is easy to access and conveys a lot of peace and quiet. We were positively surprised! Inside, a rustic siege decor. It contrasts with the simplicity of the nature of the exterior of the house. An extra point for the local housekeepers Jamile and Jean, we felt safer and were supported as much as we needed, but without losing the privacy we were looking for. Tania was very courteous! She changed the check-in time even if it was going to get in the way of her rotima. A great hostess, very attentive to details! We will definitely be back for more days, a great experience!

Estadia met my needs very well. I needed a space with 25 places to sleep and the space offers many mattresses! Very good for large groups of friends. There was a house and another enclosed space, which caused the guests to stay away from the leisure area, allowing for more rest. The leisure space is fantastic, very good and beautiful. The house is very old and simple, but it served us very well. If they are on very hot days, I suggest taking a fan because the ones in the house do not work. Just pay attention to the small amount of pots and dishes, in my case I had to take a lot, but this was aligned previously with the hostess and was not an issue. Very helpful host and always willing to answer questions.

Clean and spacious spot. Extremely organized with a backyard with pool and lots of privacy. Host was on site to hand over the keys, with clear instructions and Katia available for questions. The swimming pool is not heated as I had seen in the reviews, showers in the lounge do not heat up much and the refrigerator does not freeze so much even at the maximum level. But the atmosphere is very beautiful, it seems to be very new and spacious. We like it very much!
