Vacation rentals with a patio in Limburg

We had a truly great experience at this beautiful cottage! The place was very clean, tastefully decorated, and had all the comforts we could wish for. We especially appreciated the smart TVs in both the living room and the master bedroom, as well as the stunning tiled bathroom. The layout was thoughtfully designed—even though it’s a brick cottage and somewhat small, it never felt cramped and had everything we needed for a cozy stay. The location is truly special—nestled in the middle of the woods, it was incredibly peaceful and quiet. The absence of cars on the property made it feel very safe and relaxing. Walking back to our car through the beautiful trees was a pleasure in itself. The cottage is conveniently located right across from the pool, and there are playgrounds both nearby and on the other side of the property, which was a pleasant surprise for families. Amazing stay and friendly host! Gisele went up and down to accommodate my needs and she was very responsive. She provided weekly cleaning which kept the place fresh and clean. The place is brand new, very nice and very cozy. I loved my time in Gisele’s place and definitely recommend it to anyone without hesitation!!! The area is awesome and it is very strategic location, 9 min to Masstricht, 30 min to Aachen, about 1:20h to Cologne and Düsseldorf, and 1:10h to Brussels and Antwerp. Highly recommend if you want to explore the three countries all together!

Smail iyi bir ev sahibiydi, herşey yolunda gitti, çevre güzeldi. Çok yakında bir çok güzel restorant mevcut. Tek sorun apartmanın merdivenleri çok dar ve iniş çıkışta zorlanabilirsiniz.

Great stay- briefly met Marc and he was really friendly. Really nice and clean appartment, lovely light living room and nicely done bathroom. Huge bedroom. And good heating! Nice having the bakery so close for breakfast treats!.

Ons verblijf in Huize Koedoe was gewoonweg geweldig. Zeer ruime woning, prachtig zonnenterras en alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt! Er stond ook een lekkere verrassing klaar toen we toe kwamen. Alles was zeer netjes en proper. Huize Koedoe is de perfecte uitvalsbasis om de streek rond Tongeren-Borgloon te verkennen.

Roald est un hôte amical et super accueillant (il fait l'effort de parler français). Superbe location familiale avec tout le nécessaire pour un bon séjour. Le sauna et la Wii sont un plus pour occuper les petits et les grands. Bien située pour profiter de la ville.

Een absolute aanrader! 🤩 We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in deze prachtige vierkantshoeve. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons meteen welkom. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig: van keukengerief tot gezellige zithoekjes, en alles was piekfijn in orde. Je merkt dat er met veel zorg en oog voor detail aan het comfort van de gasten is gedacht. De omgeving is bovendien bijzonder rustgevend en mooi. Ideaal om even helemaal tot rust te komen, mooie wandelingen te maken of gewoon te genieten van de stilte en de natuur rondom. Wat het verblijf echt afmaakt, is het warme contact met de eigenaar. Delphine was ontzettend vriendelijk, bereikbaar en behulpzaam, en gaf ons meteen een heel welkom gevoel. Kortom: een unieke plek waar we met veel plezier op terugkijken en zeker nog eens willen terugkomen. Aanrader met hoofdletter A!

De ontvangst door Cristel bij onze aankomst was heel hartelijk. Het gastenverblijf is een volledig ingericht huisje en bezit al het nodige hedendaags comfort. Het huisje is een heel mooie realisatie en heeft naast een zithoek, keuken, badkamer en slaapkamer ook een overdekt terrasje. Het is zeker een aanrader voor wie eens een dagje wil gaan 'welnessen' in het prachtige welness-center ELAISA dat zich slechts op enkele km afstand bevindt. Ook met de fiets is het heel leuk om via een knooppunten route de streek te verkennen langs de Belgische of Nederlandse kant van de rivier de Maas. Op minder dan 100m afstand van het huisje is er ook de mogelijkheid om elke morgen een heel lekker ontbijt geserveerd te krijgen in een heel gemoedelijke (Limburgse) sfeer. Kortom, we hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf bij Cristel.

Superbe séjour improvisé. Logement impeccable, simple et chaleureux. Très adapté aux enfants. Les oeufs frais et les animaux sont un atout majeur, surtout avec les enfants. L'espace sauna et jeux en est un autre. Beaucoup de choses à découvrir dans la région à +ou- 1h. Les recommandations des hôtes sont au top. Nous recommandons.

Tom è stato precisissimo e molto attento. Lo ringrazio tanto per essersi adoperare a trovare una culla con lenzuola e coperte per la mia bimba, nonostante non fosse un servizio generalmente offerto. L'alloggio era pulito e completo di tutto ciò che serve in un appartamento. Sarebbe stato utile avere anche un piccolo ferro da stiro e attrezzature più adatte alla raccolta differenziata della spazzatura. Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a trovare il cottage perche la qualità della cartina inviata sulla chat era bassa e purtroppo non ne avevamo una cartacea. Per il resto, perfetto! Grazie mille Tom per la tua ospitalità! 😊

Michiel was really cooperative. The apartment was really nice and clean. All the facilities listed in the description were available. He was very flexible in order to adjust the check-in time. Also at the end when we needed help with our luggage, he was proactive enough to make sure that we got the help we needed.

Great place with a lovely host. Clean and cozy. The price is great and has plenty of space and a nice terrace. Recommended.
