In the old Knights Templar village of Germasoyia in Limassol, lies an old stone house which is full of character and history. The house has 2 separate apartments, this appartment, Kalimera, has a fully equipt kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer gas hob electric oven which can accommodate 2 to 4 adults, a baby's cot. Pretty and private courtyard garden where you can sit to enjoy its peace and tranquility. The beach is a few minutes car ride, shops, coffee shops, eateries.

It is bright, cutting-edge, spacious and comfortable with plenty of shops, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, kiosks, bars, clubs, restaurants and taverns around the complex. You’ll love my place because of its superb location, the views, the ambiance, the people. My place is good for couples, families (with an infant) and solo adventurers. Great value for money!

Christina is a super friendly host that helped me feel like home in her beautifully decorated house. The house has a feeling of order and the room smells fresh and clean. There were a lot of amenities provided and I felt very honoured that I had a generous plate of food when I reached home. Christina is an excellent cook and I love Cypriot cuisine. She gave me directions to find the house easily and also I asked her about coffee places around the city and she gave me 3 options. I really loved the first coffee place I visited. The house is in a very quiet locations outside of the busy streets of Limassol so it is a perfect stay for a good sleep. There is also a pool at the yard and the parking for a car is super easy. Christina is a very interesting person and I could communicate with her in a very straight, sincere and open way. I really recommend Christina as a host. I think she will be a Superhost very soon!!

Perry is the most kind guy on Cyprus. We have only Hearts warm thanks to him and his places.

Héla est extraordinaire !! Elle est réactive et toujours disponible pour vous aider et répondre à vos questions, et d'une bienveillance extraordinaire !! la maison réservée la veille était incroyable ! la chambre parfaite et la salle de bain avec tout ce que vous souhaitez. De plus des attentions dans le frigo comme du beurre et de la confiture et de l'eau à disposition !! J'ai pu garer ma juste en face et facile pour aller visiter les sites. Foncez foncez !!!

I stayed 2 days and it was absolutely exceptional! The room was perfect, charming. I hanged out by the pool it was great with a nice background music. Wayne is very helpful for advice, help etc. and he makes you feel comfortable, at home. I had a nice dinner in a local restaurant nearby and it was delicious very convenient. It’s easy to reach Limassol by car. It’s an ideal location in a quiet environment if you want to explore the region. I recommend 300%! Great memory at Wayne’s place. :)

Very quite location, Kleopas is an outstanding host, everything was sparkling clean, fireplace was prepared and ready, Kleopas left big basket of logs for us. The stay was amazing! Local cats made the stay even more fun! Highly recommended location, very peaceful and quite.

The living area features patterned upholstered sofas arranged around a television. An elegant dining table with decorative chairs is positioned nearby. Large windows allow natural light to enter, while blinds provide privacy. The space is complemented by contemporary light fixtures.

The apartment looks exactly as on pictures. Pink, cute and funny 😁. Inside I found more then I could expected, including beach bag and towels, treats for my small dog and even dog bed. Best coffee in town is just around the corner. Loved it! Thank you, Io!

Rose Garden Cottage #5 is a brand new, very tidy and lovely AirBnb cottage (a part of a holiday complex), equipped with everything you need. A good bed, a comfortable sofa bed and a nice bathroom in a fully air-conditioned environment can satisfy the needs of a couple and a child. In the common yard the comfortable patio chairs helps you to relax in the afternoon and watching the stars during the night. Neofytos is a great host and there when you need him. We had a great stay and definitely we will visiting the Rose Garden Cottages again.

Staying at Georgina's grandparents house was perfect. Georgina is great with communications, the house was both warm but also had all the facilities we needed for our large group, and her grandparents were also lovely.
