Extremely peaceful location, with a view of the mountains next to the balcony. Just 3 minutes from the free public beach and hotel resorts by car, and a nice walk during cooler months. The nearby town of Dibba (10 mins) has a Lulu Hypermarket, McDonalds and KFC. The town of Khorfakkan (20 mins) offers many beautiful places of interest including the Corniche, hiking trails, and viewing tower, plus many more attractions and restaurants. Many options for single travellers, couples, and families.

Second time staying here and it was incredible as always. Very private and lots of space for guests. Large bbq and great swimming pool. Really worth the money. Also very good AC in all the rooms which is a plus. Thanks for hosting us again.

We wanted private space for our staycation at reasonable rate for a group of people. It was exactly what we’ve wanted. I would recommend if you need space for private gatherings in the heart of nature, away from the city where you can cook with fire and bbq but not for luxury. Everything was great as expected, no complaints.

A spacious and relaxing space for a large group. Our host was responsive and friendly plus the on grounds helpers maintained the pool and exterior areas. Our kids loved access to the animals. The baby pool could have a surrounding gate for extra safety. Inside the property the bathrooms and kitchen were dated and could benefit from an upgrade. Sun loungers on the grass would cater for more Western groups. In the kitchen, more plugs for appliances plus better utensils and accessories I.e Teatowels/ Scissors would help plus maybe a dishwasher. The fridge whilst new is too small for large groups. The large pool should have chlorine treatment for cleanliness. That said, overall it was a great stay, thank you turnkey,

Wow, can’t really describe how lovely this place is, you just have to see it to believe it. Beautiful, peaceful and quiet area near the mountains. Close to Jabal Jais for lots of sightseeing. The pool is heated and great for both adults and kids. The place is clean and tastefully decorated. Highly recommended.
