Our studio apartment 2+1 is located on the 2nd floor of our family house and provides a free parking. It consists of a big bright room with a king size bed,an additional bed, a full equipped kitchen with dinning-space, a private bathroom and a beautiful balcony which overlooks the roofs of Rovinj and has an amazing sea-view. The apartment has free WiFi, TV and AC. Our house is in a safe neighbourhood, the city centre is a 5min walk and you reach the nearest beach on foot in 10min or 3min by car.

The living area features a stylish gray sofa paired with a round coffee table and a black pouf. A modern kitchenette is equipped with essential appliances, while a dining table with white chairs is positioned nearby. Natural light fills the space, enhancing the warm wooden floor.
