In a house with a preserved character, you will have an entire floor to yourself (35 m2) with bathroom and toilet (private), a very comfortable bed 160cm, a desk, and a dining area (microwave and small fridge but no plate or sink (sink in the bathroom). You will be independent and quiet.

Your junior suite of 20m² and the bathroom of 5m² private: shower and bathtub, 1 basin, toilet are located on the 3rd floor If you wish and on reservation we can make you enjoy our spa for a price of 30€/hour for 2 people. Metro line 1 (to Stade Pierre Mauroy) is a 5-minute walk (Gambetta stop). V'Lilles (bicycles) are available all around. Les Halles de Wazemmes is 350m away. During the month of August, possibility to have a private (free) and secure aerial parking space 40m from the house on the same street.
