A great traditional house in an area we had always wanted to stay in, had Christmas day there and the kitchen handled it all easily, and the seven of us had a great day.

We had a very pleasant stay at Valeria's place. Everything was consistent with the photos and we really enjoyed the pool a stone's throw away and the shaded terrace. The fact of being able to park right at the entrance of the residence was very nice too. We used the many recommendations in the welcome book well and the communication was always quick and fluid. We recommend this rental without hesitation, especially since Lerici is a very beautiful city, where we were able to get to Les Cinq Terres by boat and discover other beautiful destinations, especially Tellaro.

Claudia was responsive and even helped our group get the tourist card. She provided clear instructions and pictures on how to get to the airbnb. The only “negative” things I would mention are one, the trash collection situation in Riomaggiore is very specific. For ex. Mondays are for metals and plastics, Tuesdays are for organic materials, etc. Claudia did mention this in the airbnb instructions. Also this is out of Claudia’s control since it’s the villages trash collection. The other “negative” which was actually a “plus” for our group, is that there are a lot of steps to walk up as well as inclines to get to the airbnb. We are a younger group so it was actually nice since we like to hike, and the views on the walk up are nice. I would definitely pack lighter if I were to visit Riomaggiore again. This also is no fault of Claudia’s because almost every other airbnb was also on a steep incline, and had a bunch of stairs. Summary, no regrets, I would book 10 out of 10 times!!!

The house is beautiful and quietly located above the coastal town of Chiavari. There are beautiful beaches and you can easily reach the most beautiful places along the coast by car or train. The house itself is located in a quiet environment with a terrace and beautiful garden. It was very clean, large and with plenty of storage space. The amenities were above average and as advertised. There was really nothing missing. The beds were also very comfortable. We had a very nice vacation and would book the house again.

Fantastic gem on the ligurian coast!

Great time spent here with our children/teens…peaceful place, excellent swimming pool with superb views! Bright and very pleasant accommodation… you can feel at home, and the small family restaurant that offers the local specialty was very nice! Recommended accommodation without hesitation!

We had a pleasant stay at Bettina's. His house, in the heart of the old town, is very nicely decorated, a real return to the past. Thank you!

A very cozy apartment with a fantastic location and stunning view from the terrace. The beach below the house is simply wonderful. I cannot recommend it enough! Framura is small but you can find everything you need there, and wasn't crowded at all even in July. Just be prepared to climb a lot of stairs, and pack your luggage in backpacks.

We had an amazing week in Apricale and in this beautiful apartment with amazing terrace and view! An experience to walk along the narrow alleys, have a drink in the piazza and talk to the residents of the village. Several good restaurants in the village but dinner on the terrace in the apartment was the very best. Highly recommend the place! The apartment has three beautiful bedrooms with mountain views, two fresh bathrooms, a large gas stove and both a washing machine and dishwasher. Plus a smaller room with a single bed.

Very nice location with great sea view. Spacious, clean and well-equipped house for very nice evenings with the family. Numerous beds but to know that there are two bedrooms and not three, the third bedroom being in the attic, and a sofa bed in the living room. Despite the heat, we were able to use a bed in the attic. Very good communication with Agostino. Very well placed to go to the 5 lands, Sestri Levante and Portofino. I recommend it.

The place was totally beautiful! Very nicely furnished and everything as described, you felt very comfortable right away! Especially the kitchen and the outdoor area with pool were awesome! Location is good if you have a car, supermarket and everything is within walking distance. The only thing that would still be important would be air conditioning:) Otherwise everything was great, Emanuela was also super nice and helpful, thank you!!!

Luigi was very kind, the room was nice and clean, the building was all new. I also suggest visiting Luigi in his restaurant: we had a menu of amazing seafood appetizers. The price could be a lower hair, but in August, in a nice area, with air conditioning, I would say that all in all it was there. Recommended.
