The Moselle is a few minutes' walk away, as is the center of Lieser, where there is a bakery, a butcher, a hairdresser and an Italian restaurant. Further up in the village there is also a group practice with several doctors. Known for its wine, you can see vineyards everywhere on hikes or bike rides along the Moselle; also above and next to the house.
