A beautifully and comfortably furnished apartment in a house from 1905, in the center of Friedrichshain. The apartment (1 living room, 1 kitchen and shower) is on the ground floor, front part of the building and has a small green courtyard in front of the windows, where there is a table and chairs - ideal for smokers! The ceiling height is 3.50 m - windows have both curtains and shutters, which are completely impermeable to light, which is especially important in the summer mornings. The large room has a wooden floor, the kitchen has a floor with old, beautiful green and white tiles. The apartment's shower was built into the kitchen years ago (which was not uncommon in Berlin at the time when apartments began to be equipped with a bath or shower). Hair dryer and several shampoos are provided. The kitchen has: - a table and 2 chairs, - a stove with oven, - a refrigerator, - a microwave, tea towels, - of course there are pots and pans, - an electric Mixing stick - Plates, cups, glasses, bowls - cutlery, bottle opener, can opener, - a kettle, - there is an espresso pot, a coffee pot, a teapot - a coffee machine (and coffee filters) for filter coffee - different types of tea, - Filter coffee, Nescafé - oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, - Coffee milk, vegan milk powder, sugar - a toaster and all crockery/cutlery, that you need during a stay here, - and a washing machine and detergent/fabric softener, and a Drying rack. - and of course hot water around the clock - There is free WLAN (WiFi) and cable TV with lots of German programs, but also with several English and French transmitters - The living space has: - a bed 2.00 x 1.60 m, - Bed linen/quilts/pillows - as well as plenty of towels - a chest of drawers - Flat screen TV - a comfortable large sofa - and a small coffee table, as well as another large one Table. - There are various works of art hanging on the walls Street art work. The apartment is ideally located in the middle of the action in Friedrichshain's Simon-Dach-Kiez. There is an endless selection of pubs and restaurants, there is a weekly market on Saturdays and a flea market on Boxhagener Platz on Sundays! Several tram lines intersect around the corner to quickly get to Warschauer Str., the S-Bahn ring, the Ostbahnhof and Berlin BER Airport, or even to Prenzlauer Berg. Via the Samariterstraße subway station (350m) you can reach Alexanderplatz in 7 minutes with subway line 5; this then travels to the Red Town Hall (Rotes Rathaus), the Museum Island (Museumsinsel), Unter den Linden, the Brandenburg Gate and the Bundestag, the former Reichstag, to end at the Hauptbahnhof (HBF), Berlin's central train station. Lovingly designed apartment with a box spring bed, kitchenette, small shower room with a window and infrared heating, private patio terrace, and a private entrance in a quiet residential area. The design corresponds to a small bungalow (28 sqm). There is free public parking in the area, and there are 2 electric charging stations in front of the studio. Direct parking location, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after every visit, and the surfaces are disinfected. Check in/out via key box.

The location of "Haus Prerow" is close to the center. Within 20 minutes you can be at Alexanderplatz with public transport. Public transport and shopping malls are within walking distance. It is located in a quiet residential area in the middle of Berlin. Haus Prerow is a one-room apartment with a bathroom and shower and is located separately on our property. We provide you with a refrigerator, a small oven, a coffee machine, a kettle and, if necessary, a baby cot. Free parking is available

In addition to the large kitchen-living room, there is the adjoining bedroom with direct access to the quiet terrace (40 sqm). This apartment also has its own shower room, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. A covered carport by the house can be booked on site.
