The 2-room ground floor apartment, 50 square meters, is newly renovated and furnished. The living room with laminate flooring has a large couch that can be converted into a bed for 2 people. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available. In the open living concept, a built-in kitchen is integrated: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave and coffee maker. In the separate bedroom with laminate flooring is a double bed 2 x 90 x 200. The modern daylight bathroom has a spacious shower.

From there you can quickly reach Gießen, Friedberg, Frankfurt, Hanau etc. The apartment is only a 5-10 minute walk from the beautiful lake with 2 beach bars. Great cycling and hiking trails surrounded by meadows, forests and streams. The Vogelsberg is also not too far away. Summer toboggan run, climbing forest, winter sports and much more…

Alternatively, relaxing walks or excursions (e.g. canoe trips on the Lahn) are possible. The university town of Gießen is around the corner!

Living room: sofa bed with table, (sofa bed 1.60 x 2.00). In addition, two cribs and a high chair. For 6 people, an inflatable double mattress is available. Kitchen: coffee maker and bread slicer. Various pots, dishes and glasses. Also a washing machine. We have a dog who will also greet you.

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. Thanks to the high-quality furnishings and some extras such as an infrared cabin, wood-burning stove, sauna on the terrace with an outdoor shower, large terrace overlooking the forest and much more, our vacation home is the ideal place to relax and unwind.
