This unit is clean, comfortable and well appointed. Raul accommodated every request (additional parking, additional keys and access to the gym for 2). I have nothing negative nor any concerns to raise!! Thank you Raul!

This apartment was awesome. Beautiful layout, gorgeous views and great master bedroom with on suite bathroom and walk in closet. Pretty close to everything we needed to get to as well and the assigned parking spot was right by the front door. Totally grateful for the water heater as well, lol. Overall awesome stay and would totally come back and recommend to friends.

A beautiful home in a quiet, gated neighborhood. They were very responsive to any requests. Very secure, with quality air conditioning in every bedroom.

Este lugar en una joyita en una zona céntrica, es como desconectarse sin necesidad de salir de la ciudad, un espcio cómodo, organizado, buen distribuido, un anfitrión súmante atento y con respuesta rápida… sin lugar a dudas recomendado!

Excelente Villa. Habitaciones todas con camas grandes y bien equipadas. La villa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia con amigos o familiares.

The location is excellent as it is near the monumental zone which offers many restaurants and activities. Americo the host is very accommodating and always responds quickly to any requests. Overall this apartment provides a wonderful experience for all guests.

Céntrico, urbanización segura, el departamento esta en buenas condiciones y limpio. Es fácil de llegar y la anfitriona siempre estaba disponible y fue amable. Me hospedaría nuevamente ahi!

I would recommend and stay again. check in/out was really smooth. Location is great, it's on the main avenue and you can just walk to many places of interest, like the Monument of Santiago. It's private and you have your own apartment. It's on the 4th floor with no elevator. It feels like home. It has what you need. The room is comfy, the kitchen is ok (I didn't use it that much), the bathroom is spacious and clean. It has a living room, a small balcony, and a washing area I didn't use. It doesn't have a parking spot, you can park nearby on the street, it's very busy and rather hard to find a parking spot. I stayed for 6 days and nothing happened to my car. It is noisy. it's not a big deal for me. It's on the main road and you hear all the traffic. The door between the bathroom and the room sounds like someone is trying to open it all night long, don't get scared. Overall it was a great place and I recommend it.
