Small cozy space in which everything is present. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Very nice helpful host. Great location to do activities from there.

We had a great stay, perfect for our family with kids. The beautiful sounds of nature surrounded us from early morning, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and kind, making us feel welcome. The area features nice parks and tree-lined streets that are perfect for walks at any time. There are also REWE and Aldi stores nearby, which are very convenient. The spacious living room was filled with air and light, and the well-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook for the entire family easily. Six people slept comfortably in three separate rooms, with beds and mattresses soft enough for a good night's sleep. There was plenty of space to store our clothes and belongings. The property is well located and has quick access to Cologne, whether by train or car. It is especially worth choosing if you visit FantasiaLand. Overall, we highly recommend this place for a family getaway!

The hosts were super nice and the communication was very fast and pleasant. It was very straightforward and quick to reach from Phantasialand. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you needed.

We used this as a base for our vacation in Germany. It was well located, spacious and convenient. We loved the location, the sundeck and the generous provision of facilities/amenities. Its location makes it ideal for driving or using the train to reach a multitude of destinations. There are several useful supermarkets nearby and the flat is very comfortable. Achim was responsive, answering our questions very quickly and precisely. We would absolutely stay here again if we visit this area
