Theos place was great! what made even better was his hospitality and the flexibility which we were able to check in. He was very kind and also let us store our bags since we got there earlier than the check in time. The location is great, due to the quiet street and the fact that you couldn’t hear anything at night which is a plus for Barcelona. The metro is a 4 min walk and takes you right into the center of town. There is a bus stop close by as well.

Adorámos a nossa estadia! O anfitrião foi super simpático e sempre disponível para ajudar — fez-nos sentir verdadeiramente bem-vindos. A casa estava impecável, muito limpa, organizada e com tudo o que precisávamos. Tem ar condicionado, o que foi ótimo, e acomoda 4 pessoas com todo o conforto. A localização também é excelente: fica a 2 minutos do metro e de um supermercado, e a 5 minutos a pé do Camp Nou — perfeito para quem quer explorar a cidade com facilidade. O preço podia ser um bocadinho mais em conta, hehe mas a experiência foi tão boa que sem dúvida repetiríamos a estadia. Tudo correu às mil maravilhas!

wir hatten eine tolle zeit im appartment von oliver. die kommunikation war sehr top, alles sauber und die wohnung so wie auf den fotos mit viel platz. auch die lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, mit der ubahn gut an das stadtzentrum angeboten. gerne wieder!

Very nice apartment on the 1st floor. Location can't be beat. Steps from the bus stop that will get you anywhere and on a main street so shopping, food, and grocery all there too. Nice private patio out back. Only 2 things to mention. The shower is microscopic. Not anything too out of the ordinary for parts of Europe, but if you're big you probably won't fit well. There was one very tiny bottle of shower gel left which maybe good for 1 and at best 2 showers. Leaving more would be nice else you'll be buying your own. Only other thing was, as advertised, there is a washing machine and dryer which is rare for Europe. However detergant isn't provided so it is useless to have them else you have to go out to buy soap and that defeats the point in my opinion. Unfortunitly I really needed the laundry which is why I had picked this place. Other than that everything was perfect.

Excellent apartment close to the subway and excellent host extremely good communication

We had great time in Barcelona and big part of that was Jordi's relaxing appartment. It is very conviniently located. Supermarket, cafes, metro, bus stop are right next to the building. We were able to walk to many attractions in the city. Jordy is great host, very attentive and caring. Tony is great too, very helpful. I highly recommend this place!

We were at the beach at Castelldefels and came back to Barcelona to fly back to the United States in the morning. Olga was very helpful to on how to take the train and metro to the unit so we didn't have to walk very far. We enjoyed staying at the unit and it was close so many restaurants and a nice supermarket. We were able to use uber to get to the airport and they picked us up at the unit.

Wir waren sehr glücklich, es ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit sehr leckerem Frühstück. Sehr freundliche und sympathische Gastgeber! Auch die Wanderung zum Strand haben wir genossen. Eine Wohlfühloase! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A safe, clean apartment in Barcelona, with excellent A/C and a quiet environment. I travelled alone for 4 nights and was happy with my stay. Having been to Barcelona many times, this apartment stood out for its large kitchen, washer/dyer, air conditioner and exceptionally quiet environment. I love the neighborhood; not very touristy. This would be a great unit for a couple, or even those with a small child; there is tons of space for clothing. Very large by BCN standards. I would have liked basic amenities such as shampoo and conditioner, which were advertised in the listing. The shower has a gel dispenser only. And, I would have liked a blanket for the bed, not just sheets. This apartment is managed by an office onsite but they are only open weekday business hours. As an Airbnb Superhost and responsive to my guests' needs 24/7, I am used to providing basic amenities to my guests, especially when the price is premium (I paid $1400 USD for 4 nights...should have had shampoo...).

Děkujeme za krásné ubytování. Ocenily jsme balkon k večerníku posezení, klidná ulice. Byt je velmi pěkný a cítily jsme se moc dobře. Uvítaly bychom v koupelně větrák. Mala komplikace při příjezdu, kdy jsme nepochopily, že pro vstupní kod je hvězdička mezerou. Ale hostitel reagoval velice rychle a vše vysvětlil. Mockrát děkujme a pokud navštívíme Barcelonu, rádi se vrátíme. Na metro, bus i tramvaj par minutek a dostanete se všude, kam je potřeba. V okolí obchody s potravinami, pekárna, a poblíž i obchodní dům.

I had a fantastic stay at Maria’s place in Barcelona. The flat was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Maria was a brilliant host, super friendly with great communication throughout, which made everything really easy. The location was perfect for exploring the city. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona!

Alloggio piccolo ma ottimo per chi passa la maggior parte del tempo in giro. Collegamento metro perfetto, a 2 minuti dal portone di casa con collegamento semplice anche per l'aeroporto. Appartamento al 5 piano con ascensore. Check in flessibile fatto dal padre di Adrià, molto cortese. Unica pecca, L'alloggio é molto luminoso e senza possibilità di renderlo più buio con tende o tapparelle. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene, ci torneremmo!

Absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect, just steps from the beach, and the whole space has such a calm, beautiful energy. It was spotless, thoughtfully set up, and felt like a true retreat. Rosa is an exceptional host: kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. Would definitely love to come back!

Went to Barcelona just for a couple days before our cruise and decided to stay at this apartment where it was close to the ship and an area where we can walk for some shopping and entertainment. Oscar was an incredible host!!! Great communication very flexible and friendly. We’ll certainly stay at this location again in the future!!

Really enjoyed the apartment - AC kept us cool, the bedroom was comfortable and cozy, made use of the washing machine for laundry. And the neighborhood was great - easy access to public transit, walkable to restaurants and cafes and a gym. Host was responsive and accommodating!
