The Sassy Stone house, a quaint space that is full of character from top to bottom, was once a Wine Bar and Coffee shop it has now has been converted back to a charming rental space. The home is centrally located in Clarkston, next to Tri-State Hospital and not far from any place in the LC Valley. The house has two sleeping areas. The kitchen is fully stocked. I have 2 private, bedrooms, that share a roomy bathroom. It is a suite. It is not a complete house. If you wish to reserve the 2nd bedroom, it is an additional $30 per person per night. If there are only two people, but wish to have separate bedrooms it is an extra $30 a night, mark your reservation as three people and that will give you the second bedroom. Enjoy a stocked refrigerator and microwave in a nice seating area. A continental breakfast will be provided.I look forward to meeting you.

Excellent Airbnb! I would definitely stay again. It felt very homey. I loved the big backyard. We didn’t get the chance to use the fire pit but if I stay again I’m going to definitely use it! Really loved this Airbnb.

It was a wonderful stay. Brandi was so responsive, and I can see why she is a top host. My husband forgot an item and Brandi got it right in the mail to him. So appreciated. This home is very peaceful. Some of our friends that bowled the tournament this past weekend shared some nightmare stories of the noise at the hotel they were staying in. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Although we always bring our own washcloths (for makeup) the bed/bath linens were all very nice. The light was fantastic due to all of the big, beautiful windows. We spread a quilt on the end of the sofa in the tv room for our dog and he just stared out the windows for hours watching the runners, boats and people walk by. Although the home is vintage, it felt modern and updated. Really nice place and great host.

This place was welcoming & perfect with our 2 small dogs. Kitchen had everything we needed, as well as the bathroom. Nice little yard to walk the dogs around in & there are camp chairs available if you want to sit outside too. Close to grocery store, coffee stand & more. Hosts are friendly & clearly put thought into this place. We would definately stay here again!

We cooked both nights. This was the best stocked AirBnB I've ever stayed in. Plenty of spices. She left a half gallon of milk, OJ. and 6 eggs. Lots of condiments too. I've never seen this level of support. The BBQ grille started right up as well. With waterfront access, this rental was outstanding. I plan to go back.

My family was there for the U of Idaho graduation. We made our reservation back in September. My rating for affordability was “ok” but I understand as this time of year is in high demand. Otherwise the house was perfect for the 5 of us. So much room, uncluttered and very clean. The back yard was very pretty and fenced in for our pooch. Chad and Sarah were extremely responsive and accommodating and left us a lovely arrival basket of treats. I would definitely stay here again.

The accommodations were spacious and met all of our needs as we needed the full kitchen, and the backyard was more that we could have hoped for. Perfect when traveling with dogs!! The neighborhood was nice to walk in with some fun hills for a workout. Easy access to downtown and to Moscow.
