We have a small neat cabin for rent for 1 couple. "Sommerhytta" does not have its own bathroom, but guests use showers and toilets at Soria Moria camping which is in the same area. Rural location about 3 km from Verdal city center where you will find the railway station, shops and cafes. Stiklestad National Cultural Center is 7 km away. Nature reserve with river, fjord and forest trails right out from the cabin, where you can walk or cycle around. Welcome to a small peaceful gem, where the pace can be lowered and life can just be enjoyed.

Peaceful apartment 25 meters from the waterfront with lovely views and central location at the end of a cul-de-sac. Free parking, Wi-Fi and TV. The apartment is brand new and consists of a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen/living room and a bedroom with a large and good double bed. Exit from the living room to a private terrace with seating. The apartment has a lot of light with both windows and glass door. Short walk to train station, Nord University, hospitals, shops and restaurants. Bed linen and towels included. Coffee and tea.

Apartment, centrally located close to the sea

Simple and peaceful accommodation with a central location. The apartment is located in the basement of a detached house with great views of the water. Here you live quietly and undisturbed, but with a short distance to both the city center, Moan and the hiking areas around Eidsbotn. The apartment has four beds: one bedroom with a double bed and a spacious sofa bed in the living room with room for two. Large windows provide good light and nice views, and the atmosphere is warm and cozy – both for short and longer stays.

Modern and elegant cottage in rural surroundings close to Kjønstadmarka residential area. Beautiful view of the fjord and a short distance to take a swim. Here you will find peace both outside and inside. Pleasant in both summer and winter. 3.5 km from Trehusbyen Levanger which offers a nice atmosphere, shops and restaurants. You drive all the way up to the cabin, good parking. NB! In winter, in case of ice and difficult conditions, you may have to park approx. 30-40 m from the cabin.

Annex by the seafront

Cozy and special annex/cabin located right at the lakefront. Swimming stairs, with nice bathing opportunities. Quiet and peaceful. Very short distance to hiking areas such as Arboreet and Staupshaugen. Short distance to Levanger city center, Levanger Hospital and the University of Nord. Fully furnished living unit with what you need to have a nice stay. Kitchen with appliances and all kitchen utensils. You will arrive to a made double bed with 2 duvets. Towels included. This apartment is spacious, modern, warm and cozy. Beautiful views of the sea and Trondheimsfjorden. The apartment is located in an area that is perceived as quiet and peaceful. Here you can enjoy a cup of coffee and feel both the morning and evening sun on the large patio and the cozy roof terrace! Good location with transport options nearby. I have an extra guest bed (camp bed 90*200) that can be put up if needed. Just let me know in advance and I'll take care of it.

Here you live a short distance from the city center and 50 meters from a primary school, with what you can expect from a schoolyard. The house has a spacious and cozy patio with two seating areas, and a cozy garden without view. This is a regular home, and you will notice that when you live here. I don't want the home to be used for parties.

Huset ligger i landlige omgivelser og nært fjorden, 5 km fra Levanger sentrum og 3 km fra E6 ved Gråmyra. Huset har egen hage, carport, hagestue og terasse, stor stue, stort og moderne kjøkken, vaskerom, to soverom og to kontorplasser. Et av soveromma har dobbelseng, mens det andre har en familiekøye. Fra huset er det god utsikt mot fjorden.

The owner lives here himself when the place is not rented out. Clothes and personal belongings will therefore be present in cabinets and drawers.

Our cozy log cabin with large terrace has a great view of Åsenfjorden. It is located in a nice area for fishing and outdoor activities. The cabin is fully equipped with shower and water toilet. You can drive all the way up to the cabin.
