This lodge is located within a property, independent of the main house where we live. It is very peaceful in a green and wild panorama, with pool and ocean views. It includes a large bedroom with 4 beds, a private bathroom + toilet, an outdoor kitchen, pool access bordered by a large outdoor living area. Located 8 minutes from the expressway and 10 minutes from Étang Salé beach. Beautiful walks in the neighborhood, and circuits for bike and trail lovers.

Come and enjoy this 25 m2 studio on the ground floor of our family home, ideally located in the city center of L'Etang-Salé-les-Hauts. You will be in a quiet area, close to all amenities, 5 minutes from the forest and 10 minutes from the beach. There is an equipped outdoor kitchen and direct access to our swimming pool. Air conditioning, workspace, 40 m2 covered wooden terrace, dining area, bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi and relaxation area. Parking for one car.
