In the living room there is a fold-out, comfortable sofa, and next to it there is an exit to a large balcony. The kitchenette is fully equipped. There is a playground for children next to the block.

The beach is guarded by a lifeguard, has a pier, volleyball court, playground and food stands. In addition, there is a water equipment rental point. There are many cycling trails in the area. The barn is located in a large garden for the exclusive use of guests, with access to a pond with a bridge. There is free Wi-Fi in the house.
