The apartment is located in the city center of Braine, in a quiet and secure residence. Braine is a pleasant town with shops (bakery, delicatessen, restaurant, supermarket...) and also with the Abbey of Saint Yved, the Château de la Folie and the half-timbered house of the 15th century. Ideally located on the Soissons-Reims axis, 1.5 hours from Paris, you can visit the Chemin des Dames and its surroundings steeped in history, the Champagne vineyard, the cathedrals (Soissons, Laon, Reims).

We welcome you to our house, which is ideal for discovering our region steeped in history (Chemin des Dames), architecture (Châteaux, Cathédrales), gastronomy (Château de Courcelles, Fére en Tardenois, Route de Champagne) and leisure (Center Parc, golf, fishing, water sports, hiking, equestrian center). Finally, we are located in the Soissons, Laon, Reims triangle south of the Aisne at the gates of Champagne and 1.5 hours from Paris. Above all, we want everyone to be comfortable.

At the foot of Reims Cathedral – City center

Located at the foot of the cathedral, the refurbished apartment is located on the first floor of a small condominium. It consists of an entrance with a main room equipped with a kitchenette, TV, Nespresso, a table and a sleeping area with a very comfortable double bed (140 x 200) as well as a wardrobe. You will be in the city center in close proximity to all types of shops (bakery, city market, champagne bars, restaurants...). The train station is just a short walk away.

Quiet in the countryside

Independent and spacious accommodation with unobstructed views for rent from April 1, 2024. Nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet, we bought this old farmhouse located in a green setting: pasture, pond, stream... We have fully renovated the main house and converted the barn. The exterior fittings are not finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. Located in Bouvancourt, a pretty little village near Reims (20 km).

I offer you, from two nights to several weeks, my small renovated apartment. A living room-kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom in which you will enjoy a large bed in which I was told to sleep rather well, a large bathtub-shower and a nice space to cook and eat. All the charm of the old (century-old parquet and stone walls) with maximum comfort. Don't hesitate :)
