The loft, exactly in the city center, was renovated in a vintage industrial style in an 1880s building. It has a day area where the living room with balcony is located, a very sunny dining room and a complete kitchen with an authentic artisanal bar from the year 1660. The night area; with double bed, bathroom, work area and access to the chill terrace, a great place to relax at night before going to sleep after having enjoyed a great day at the beach!!

In Vilanova i la Geltrú we have miles of beaches, a center full of shops and with all the amenities, museums, good national and international cuisine, and also nature.

The Englishman's house

Thanks to the house's previous inhabitant, an endearing Englishman, we were able to make our project a reality: an old, charmingly restored house: one of the oldest houses in the town that we personally restored with great affection and in which we tried to maintain the original elements (wooden beams, staircase, stone arch) without losing any comfort. Its white color invites tranquility and reminds you how close it is to the sea.

High speed WiFi connection. The location is really unbeatable, 1 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the train station and all you can need is really close, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops... There's a big balcony with street views. You'll love it!

Bright apartment in the center of Vilanova. Recently renovated mid-19th century house with a simple and modern style. The space is very suggestive as there are different textures, different heights and materials, both modern and old. The apartment consists of an open space where we find a living room with kitchen and living room and a space for the bedroom. The bathroom is the only part of the apartment that is closed.

The modern bathroom features a spacious layout with a glass-enclosed shower and a minimalist bathtub. Dual sinks are integrated into a clean countertop, and natural light enters through a window, illuminating the serene color palette. Wooden flooring adds warmth to the overall design.

We arrived late and Carlos met us at the apartment and personally went over everything. He gave us all kinds of recommendations. At one point, a shade broke and his response was super quick and the shade was fixed in a few days time. The apartment was clean, everything worked, bed was very comfortable and the towels were plush and soft. He even had a complementary bottle of wine waiting for us. The area is super safe, lots of places to eat, and walkable to the Rambla, train, and of course the beach. We stayed a month and are definitely planning our return to Vilanova. Train to Barcelona is simple, fast and super convenient. Tarragona is also close and a simple ride away. This is a perfect apartment in a perfect town with a wonderful host. Thank you and don’t hesitate!!

Amazing apartment with beautiful design elements, well presented, and located in a great area. Hosts were lovely and accomodating, even organising to get the keys to us for a late check in. The balconies with wooden shutters were so gorgeous-we had a beautiful stay.

A bright and modern living area features a comfortable couch facing a light-colored feature wall. A television is positioned near the wall-mounted media console, and a simple fireplace is integrated into the space. Large windows offer access to natural light and a view of the outside.

Excellent stay. David is welcoming, available and responsive. The apartment is conveniently located to enjoy the sea (30 min walk or 9 min bus) and Barcelona which is easily accessible by train (Vilanova station is a 20 min walk). We recommend it 100%!

House very well located and very nice. A few minutes from the train station to go to Barcelona, a few steps from shops and great restaurants. The house was very clean and we appreciated the attention paid to our children. Cristina was very responsive and helpful on all matters. In short, we recommend it without a second thought for a family stay in a very beautiful city close to Barcelona!!
