When we arrive, we duck to go through the door as if paying homage to this centuries-old connection. There was no way we were going to enlarge the door and distort the place. The cottage, located a thousand meters above sea level, continues to blend into the harmony of the mountains. We wanted to make it a quiet and cozy place, warm in winter and cool in summer. It is made for a single couple or with children.

We had a great time at a safe harbor. This cottage is functional, warm, the wood stove is really a plus. There were 7 of us without ever feeling cramped! The 2 bay windows in the living room offer a truly superb view of the mountains and valley, and immerse us in nature. We went there in winter to ski and the location is great... 5 min walk to the cable cars! A charming little village... like a desire to go back in summer!!!!

My girlfriend and I had a great time at Jean-Pierre's. The studio is very well furnished, ideal for two people. The view of the mountains from the window is amazing! Salvan is a pretty mountain village, very peaceful, easily accessible by train and which offers all the necessary amenities (grocery store, bakery, restaurants...). Jean-Pierre took great care of us, thank you so much for your superb welcome!

We had a very nice short stay in Unterwallis. The garden area in front of the accommodation invites you to relax. There are great hikes and climbing areas nearby. A small shop within walking distance has everything you could ever need. The owner is very nice and a great hostess. We felt very comfortable.
