This independent accommodation, completely renovated in early 2019, is located in the large wooded garden of the owners (charming couple). We are resident in Santa Lucia Park, a residential estate in St Raphael. Our villa and this small house are in a large garden, quiet, 2 steps from the sea (3 minutes walk). The setting is very nice, relaxing. There is no vis-a-vis. Everything is made for an 100% relaxing stay. Palm trees, turtles, cats, shade, sun, swimming pool ( to share)...

The main house we occupy is far from the two separate buildings that benefit from a private outdoor space. The pool is reserved exclusively for you from 9am to 12:30pm and from 2:30pm to 7pm

The house of 264m2, facing south, has a large living room (living room, dining room, kitchen, mezzanine), a beautiful terrace, a pool, 3 bedrooms (2 beds) of more than 25m2 and a fourth small room (2 beds) of 11m2.
