For 2025, major renovations have been carried out, new floors, new mattresses, sofas and wall paneling in solid pine, bedroom furniture replaced. You're going to love it! The 7-passenger 4x4 Ford car is included with the house, free of charge.

The gazebo can also be used as a guest house or, it can simply be used for dining or relaxation purposes with a view of the harbour & ocean. The house has a large bathroom with a stand-up shower, double sink, vanity and a large therapeutic bathtub.
