Excellent stay. The apartment is well located for visiting downtown Angers on foot. Free parking 10-15 min walk. Restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is large and very bright. The bed is big and comfortable. We found everything we needed. Beautiful discovery for this place and for the city!

Both Angelique & Christian went above & beyond to make us welcome & comfortable. Their attention & kindness were incredible from ensuring we had provisions on a bank holiday to their very helpful advice. Along with excellent hosting is the apartment itself - stylish (Angelique is clearly an excellent designer) & practical as well as excellently resourced it is incredibly comfortable as well as impeccably clean. It lacks nothing in amenities & the washer/dryer is so helpful. Along with excellent hosting (the best we have ever experienced) & a fantastic apartment with all you would need (including a great outdoor space to eat & generally relax in) is lovely Angers - so much to see & do right on the door step & excellent transport links. It is a small peaceful oasis filled with charm, perfect for recharging and discovering the surroundings. The apartment is comfortable, pleasant and well thought out. The place is in such a great location for exploring. We loved being right next to the church on a quiet cobblestone road. Having a little garage was a great bonus for our car since this was a spot on our road trip.

Very welcoming and responsive hostess. Catherine is always attentive and always present if needed. Regarding the accommodation, it is not only perfectly in line with the photos but also and above all very well located less than a minute from the tram, 15 minutes' walk from the Cathedral and the Castle, 5 minutes from the train station less than a minute from a convenience store. The value for money is more than appropriate and there is everything you need (utensils, etc.). I highly recommend this property without hesitation. And I sincerely thank Catherine for the stay and wish everyone to enjoy it too.

Thanks for the very nice stay. We stayed two nights that we very much enjoyed. A really nice room, a great bathroom and a good kitchenette. Great, were also the play facilities for our three year old daughter in the big garden. We took a trip to Angers, which is not far away. We can only highly recommend this. What a great city.
